Title speaks all. Showerhead was completely broken and unusable, bed and sheets were covered in transparent stains, as though someone ate a whole greasy chicken dinner in the bed before we arrived. No windows. AC worked though and pillows were decent which is nice for a change. The mostly female staff openly examined and talked about us as we checked in in a very gossip-like fashion. No i don't speak your language, but we are not blind to body language and did not appreciate the clear judgemental examination you gave us and others checking in then too. The male staff almost always inapropriately looked at my girlfriend like a piece of meat, being a healthy active and attractive young woman. They did not even try to hide it. Felt very scrutinized by staff here and did not like it.

The B&B is walking distance from the pier, great accommodation, good customer service, motorbike hire is available. If you fly from tagbilaran, the airport is just around the corner. Good selection of food
Only downside there are water shortage some times.

The only place we knew where we could park our car safely at late night.

Actually stayed here last May 2018 with a large group of family. Glad that they could accommodate 15 of us. It was late when we arrived due to full occupancy on some other hotels near the city center. Its location is a bit away from the central city, however it was a great stay. Nice staffs, clean rooms and budget friendly. The stairs might be your enemy here so have at least a small luggage or pack light when they check you in at their highest floor.

Breakfast was yummy yet subpar, a typical home-y breakfast that suits your budget. Have enjoyed, though.

We stayed here for 3 nights as it was easy access to the airport. Firstly, the description of the place gave false information that airport transfers were complimentary as on arrival the staff wanted to charge us 100 pesos. However, we realised it's a 5 minute walk and decided to save money. The bedroom was clean, although the bathroom smelt very strongly of bad sewer water after every flush of the toilet. The accommodation was set closely to two shopping malls where you can eat with small variety as on the menu at the b&b was 10 variations of the same ingredients. We found the staff were sometimes accommodating but when asked for toilet roll, which we had to pay extra for, were confronted with a rude attitude and told 'to speak clearer'.

I wish there were more places like this in the Philippines. Finally really fair prices for a nice budget hotel that has everything you need plus nice, professional service. Efficient check-in, good prices also for food and drinks, order-in menus from several food outlets readily available in reception.
We stayed here for an overnight stay before traveling on. But if you have any reason to stay in Tagbilaran for longer, this will easily be fine for a few days also. Our standard room was small but comfortable, a nice pizza night in with movies on the big tv. Staff was always there to help you with anything. They had our bags in our room before we even noticed!

Only slight things to be aware of: the water is cold only (after a rainy day on a boat a hot shower would have been nice but no big deal) and yes, the bathrooms are tiny. We didn't even try to have a shower but you would definitely get the whole room and everything in it wet if you did. And the internet (despite the new router) kept dropping out in the evening, fine in the morning. That's definitely an area for improvement as we really would have needed to organise our ongoing travel. Yes, it's the Philippines with their usual bad internet. But we have had accommodations where it was reliable and fast. So it's possible.

But for the price, we were totally happy and would definitely stay here again. Well done!

For the price per night for a room good for 2 people - this place is definitely a steal. Reception was very accommodating. Booked our stay for 2 nights thru Traveloka. Close to the airport and port. Recommend rhis place for backpackers and budget travellers.

At first, I was wary of this hotel because of the first look I had of it when I entered the room, but then it was the most convenient hotel because it's very close to the airport. However, my judgements were soon proved wrong by their service & accommodating staff. StayLITE is a budget-friendly hotel and is a good choice, a recommendable choice, to those who are looking for hotels that aren't that pricey. Plus, they serve very delicious food! I recommend the Shrimp in Tamarind soup and the Fresh Lumpia option in their Breakfast menu.

I hope you have a good stay just like we had! Feel free to ask questions and I'll try my best to answer based on our stay at Tagbilaran, Bohol. :)

Staffs are accomodating. Room is very clean and rate is very affordable. The place is very near the airport. My room was upgraded to a double. One thing that really annoys me is one of their guests who I think keeps forgetting their room number. Knocked three times at my door.

This is hotel, although looks new. Needs to have all air conditioners fixed or upgraded to at least 1 horse power. It is too small for the rooms. The front office staff wer too kind to transfer us until my wife said enough. Very near the airport. First time to walk from the hotel to the airport. We were not able to tr their food. Wifi is not too fast.
