Me and my wife stayed at site. It was very confortable and clean..shower went really bad, almost didn't. That was only bad thing of the stay! We chose this hostel as base camp for one day trip at Bohol and enyoied
two nights in there. Recommended if you don't mind location in the busy town and bad running shower.

Room is cheap yet very clean. Wifi Signal is strong in all rooms. Walking distance to Airport. Better choose rooms in newly opened building. The place is also near shopping malls . Staffs are also accommodating.

I was traveling alone and was looking for somewhere peaceful and away from partiers and the action. This place was fantastic, hot shower, clean comfie room and I loved that there was a kettle. Perfect for having noodles for dinner and making coffee. Good location for food also.
The staff were so accommodating and helpful - pick up and drop off to port, scooter rental and organized my tarsiers and dolphin spotting tours.
I would highly recommend staying here if the beach is not high on your radar. If you do want the beach, well you aren't too far away. Loved my 3 nights here.

I had a very pleasurable stay at Dayview. The place is very clean and exactly as seen in photos. Nice sheets, comfortable bed, free towels and a couple of toiletries, and instant coffee, too. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, too. Example: I asked how to get to Hennan resort from Dayview. The host (sorry I didn't get her name!) didn't know because she said it's a new resort. But after a few minutes, I got a knock on my door and she gave me instructions how to get there, which meant she researched/asked around and that's pretty fantastic! The area is mostly residential, with pretty quiet surroundings, but pretty easy to get a tricycle. It's also just about 10mins away from the ferry terminal. There's a bakery right across the street and it's also walking distance from a mall.

My wife and me was staying there for 9 days. Very clean room. Good wifi and cable tv. Friendly staff and always helpful. Very quiet and private place. We will for sure stay there again next time. And we recommend this to other tourists in Bohol.

I got electrocuted in the shower. I will NOT be go back to this hotel. To be fair, I was impressed with the facade and interiors. The room and bathroom were clean too. What turned me off was UNPROFESSIONAL service. The person I spoke to was dismissive and kept making excuses instead of offering a solution.

I was taking a hot shower, I reached for the tray attached to the showerhead when i felt the electric current. I got dressed and asked the staff to be transferred to a different room. I told her I had just gotten electricuted by their water heater. She asked me "gaano kalakas?" (How strong was the current?). She asked, while shaking her hand, "as in, nginig?" (Did your hand shake?) ignoring the absence of empathy, I requested a different room. She said that the other room was more expensive. This upset me since she seemed more concerned about making a quick buck than the welfare of her guest. I blew a fuse. I raised my voice and demanded that she put me in a room where my SAFETY was not at risk. Again, NO apology, NO concern, BAD SERVICE. She kept making excuses that i was the first tenant and they didn't know that the water heater was dangerous. Excuse after excuse, she failed to present a solution that would make me feel like staying there. She finally gave in and put me in the bigger room. I stayed the night and left the next day. The host was nowhere to be seen.

My husband and I love this place, it's new, very clean, and affordable. The shower is separated by a curtain, which is nice. Close to the port. They have a nice common area to relax. Friendly welcoming staff.

Price was very affordable. At first, I thought it would be substandard due to the price. And there was I, surprised to see that the room was like 1200php-ish or up according to my experience. Keep up being affordable please. Room was clean and organized. Towels were changed when requested on the 2nd day. Strong aircon (I meant able to cool the room in few minutes). Neat linen. Forceful shower. Friendly reception. Excellent wifi strength. This is not part of a promotion. :)

This place is good enough. They'll pick you up from the airport or pier which is convenient. I stayed in a deluxe room which was right off the lobby. It was okay. Big enough, some underpowered LED lights. Bathroom was also alright. The air conditioning is a window unit which isn't completely sealed so it battles the hot air. There is no restaurant on-site and contrary to another review I read, the staff didn't seem all that friendly or helpful. There is a mall just down the street and around the corner. Overall, for the price paid, I can't really complain. The place served its purpose.
