At first glance, we were really amazed at how beautiful the place is. It was really affordable and it brought comfort to me and my family. The room and toilet were so spacious. Perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We also enjoyed the pool. The only thing that seemed lacking was a trash bin outside the room. We worked around what we had but the cats kept ruining the trash every morning. :( Anyway, it was a great stay. The staff was SUPER responsive even weeks before the trip. Definitely recommend this place.

Spent the days in five-star Panglao beaches (Alona Beach, Bohol Beach Club and BE Grand Hotel) and slept in this hotel at night. Saved lots of money to go around Tagbilaran & buy pasalubong. Enjoyed the fresh seafood, unli buko juice, Bohol Chocolate House, kalamay and tablea. My daughter fell in love with the Tarsiers :)

After visiting Cebu who would not drop by Bohol? So, my mom and I got a package in for Bohol. Luckily, I was able to book a package for two (2). Included in our package is our hotel accommodation in Bohol, Bohol Sunset Villas. Since we already have experienced different hotels we already have our basis for comparison. Amongst our trips this is the least that we would come back for, here are the pros and coms of pur stay: Pros: - the room was larger for the both of us - we have a veranda where you can smoke - the pool has an awesome view - the place where you can take your breakfast is also okay as it has a green view - there are also ample place to stay when taking a dip - airport is also near the hotel Cons: -the internet is very slow and most of the times not working to the point that my mom opted to use her mobile data - the crew are not as accommodating as the crews from the other hotels we went to - there was no explanation on the charges on their food and how they are charging -my mom alao had difficulty due to the fact that the bathrooms dont have heaters -the wall sockets are difficult to see and very few -the hotel is under renovation

Hotel has a location few kilometers away from Tagbilaran and especially in the evening time transportation to the city is complicated. Multicabs operates only until nine evening. We had a delayed arrival reason ferry broken in Dumaguete so after a call they made a change to our booking what was a really nice act. Room , deluxe with balcony was tiny and smaller than informed in Booking.com. Bed was hard, shower room felt alike needs updates what felt peculiar because hotel is not so old. Balcony got wet floor anything reason aircon outside unit condension water. Swimming pool is really nice but upon the weekend time full of locals in their barbecue. It causes a trouble, trashy dirty environment. And swimming in a outwearings. We got free van shuttle to pier when checked out what was a nice surprise and really saving a huge effort traveling with a baby and her stroller. Hotel is somehow nice but requires a few updates

Finally I have an opportunity to write what they did when we left and after we published positive review. To prevent us getting Booking bonus they lied that we never been there. We have photos, even bills to prove that we were there.

Definitely highly recommended this place, clean, friendly staff, peaceful and not too expensive place for family day out. This is my second visit and still wanted to come back again soon. My parents love this place. The Staff prepared our lunch, very well presented and taste very good. Thank you hope to see you soon.

Good value for your money, great and afordable food, pool is full in the weekends when locals come, during the week there are school kids, but it is open very long in the evening. Wooden footpath is under construction in the moment. They can arrange you motorbike, laundry, so overall great.

The hotel is about 5km from Tagbilaran City proper. The place is big with 15 meter pool. We stayed in their superior which is spacious, offer complimentary water and toilet is small. TV is small LCD with several cable channels. Wifi has moderate speed. The room price when we stayed includes plated breakfast for 2 - mostly american and filipino food. Staff is friendly while check-in and out is fast. If you like quiet place at night and deep is a very nice pool. This is a place to stay.
