PROS: Internet - good Room price - decent for its price Staff - accomodating Location - close to the airport CONS: No pool - I need this during B.Trips Food - mediocre, nothing special Conference Hall - small, decor needs improvement If I was on a budgeted solo/couple trip, this would be okay. But for a tiring business trip, facilities to help the guests relax would be a big plus. Overall = 2/5

Stayed here for 3 nights, awesome people, good service. But there's always a lot of things to improve: Shower room; was not properly cleaned, floor was slippery (slimy). and no Exhaust fan. Faucet have calcium deposits, vinegar would do the magic, try it. Internet? very fast

Booked 2 rooms for a 4-days stay online, received confirmation thru email, went to check-in...guess what??? We were not on their list of booked guests even if we received confirmation letter thru email....front clerk said, "IT'S NOT OUR FAULT, IT'S THE BOOKING SITE'S FAULT"...that would have been the end of it have we not insisted that we ain't goin' until they fix the problem. This all happened close to 9pm. When this front desk realized that we need them to do something about it right that moment, that's when he called his manager/owner.. They put us up to another hotel and personally drove us there. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....SORRY GUYS!

Service: Front desk and staff; very poorly trained, no accountability and no help at all. Except probably for the owners namely, Sophia, who will go above and beyond for you. The room: NOT the room we expected, very different from what we saw in the photos from the website. Although, the AC worked fine, TV was an old sanyo, by old I mean OLD, and only has one channel!! not even cable!! Location: Close to the Airport and Pier, near restaurants and grocery stores. (I Like this part) Amenities: I really cant say anything, upon check in, we were not informed it there was any.

Reyna's is very near to Tagbilaran AIrport, just a 15 mins walk or 7 mins ride with a trike. Room is quit ordinary, spacious for a standard room, with a flat screen TV, toilet is clean (but not as impressive , the room is kinda old) The curtain is not new, you need to hold the entire faucet when you open,coz when you lift the handle it will not work-open the grip. Staff is friendly, breakfast is not so good maybe the way its cook, dry. Wifi is working only on the front lobby not in the rooms. Overall its a place on a reasonable price.

Brother booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room. Upon arrival front desk clerk couldn't find reservation but gave us 2 rooms with 1 bed each. We told her we had to have 2 beds in at least 1 room. After some time showing her the reservation and insisting she talked to a superior and gave us 1 room with 2 beds but insisted we pay an extra fee. The a/c doesn't work well, no hot water in showers and 1 bathroom was dirty ( mirror had water and toothpaste spots all over). The bathroom fixtures were very dirty. Both bathrooms had buckets with dippers to flush but the toilets Both flushed. There are much better rooms elsewhere for the money! Also must walk up stairs to rooms 2+ flights.

We had a spacious and clean room (rm 23). The room had a LED TV, good enough bathroom and new aircon. The breakfast was simple but Ok. The restaurant is not frequented by guests but the food was alright when we were there. The place is close to the main road, airport and it is easy to get a ride to nearby restaurants and attractions.
