The location is not the greatest but at least they offer free shuttle service to the airport or the ferry terminal. The downtown sector can be walked in about 15 mins. but not a nice walk. The hotel property itself is in fairly good but not great condition. It is generally clean and kept up, but not immaculate or 100% maintained.

I booked a room off the street (not in advance) and was surprised to see a decent swimming pool as part of the amenities. The breakfast was adequate. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I had a standard room which was quite fine and spacious enough with lots of TV channel choices, bright lighting from outside and strong WiFi connection for 2 devices. However, the washroom was a disaster being so tiny (no where to move around or hang things), broken toilet seat and terrible shower water pressure. The soap was teenie, tiny so bring your own.

Overall ... good value for the price charged with lots of improvements/fixes needed here and there. All rooms are on 2 floors starting with 1 floor up and no elevator. The steps have taller than usual risers for some reason and a bit difficult to walk normally, even going down since the drop is an inch or so more than usual for each step.

We were here twice for a business trip. The location is the best as it is near the airport. Food options is also not an issue given that most of the recommended places to eat in Tagbilaran is only a tricycle ride away. The malls are around 10 minutes away by tricycle.
The rooms are newly renovated and better than it was a year ago. The Arabelle room is spacious and can accommodate 6 persons in my opinion. The lighting and air conditioning is good as well. The linens are comfortable and clean as well. Bathroom essentials are okay. The standard soap, shampoo and tissue is provided everyday. The food is okay - not bad but nothing special either. The pool is okay though it would be better if it was heated. The wifi can get an upgrade for faster internet connection.
The staff are very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Be it room service to van rentals, good service is provided.
I would recommend it to anyone staying in Bohol for a short or week long trips.

Arabelle Suites is situated close to the airport on a quiet street off the main road which leads into the heart of Tagbilaran. Trikes cost around 20 peso's for the short ride into town.

This modern hotel serves excellent food at a reasonable price,.has rooms of a good standard. and the staff are friendly and polite especially Wilfred, one of the security guards. We paid 1500p for the room which included breakfast and stayed the one night.

To sum it up, Arabelle offers a very pleasant stay and good value and comes recommended.

Another very last minute booking. I walked in at 6pm,needing a place to stay for the night. This place is old and very very tired. I styaed here back in 2019, so I dont know how it is now. But during my stay, it was horrible. There are alot of new cheap places to stay in Tagbilaran City area now.

I happened to stay in this place a couple of days after it opened. When I stayed (mid Oct 2012) they were still completing last touch-ups. They offer several room options starting at $20 for double/night. All rooms include complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi. There is a bar but when I stayed there they did not have much of a selection for alcohol.
Rooms are clean and odor free. The mattresses are brand new and pretty comfortable. The AC unit in my room was a bit weak and it took a while before it got cool. I think, it might be a problem in the summer days because I was there in October and it wasn't that hot outside and the AC had trouble keeping the temperature down.
The service was good. The young girls behind the front desk are still learning but they did very well.
The location is okay. It's about 5 minute ride to the city center by moto-bike and about 10 min ride from the big shopping center. The moto-bikes drivers are everywhere, so you will not have a problem getting to your place. They can even call for one and the wait is no more than 5 minutes.
There is a pool but I did not use it. It is a decent - sized pool and looked clean.
They also offer tours around the island but... for my standards they were extremely expensive. I arranged same torus directly with moto-bike drivers for a fraction of their rates.
In conclusion... I would definitely recommend this place. Clean, ok location and very good service.... If these are the things you are looking for in a place to stay pick this B&B.

We stayed here for one night and paid approx. $25AUD per room. We arrived at approx. 2pm and were given our rooms. We were given a twin room as were my friends (another couple). When I asked if there were any doubles they didn’t seem to understand so perhaps they really only have twin rooms which didn’t matter for a night anyway. The rooms were modern and clean. There was a nice flat screen TV with a good choice of channels. There was no fridge or in room safe. The bed and pillow was really comfortable.

When we arrived we put in laundry which was attached to the hotel – it was a great service. 50pesos for a kilo and was ready by approx 5pm.

The hotel has a small pool – it’s more of a pool just to cool off in than really swim but it was a welcome dip after traveling all morning.

It is approx. 10 minutes away from big shopping mall and you can get a tricycle for 30pesos.
We ate in the restaurant that night and it was reasonably priced but also really tasty! We had breakfast included in the rate – we had to leave at 6:30am so arranged breakfast for 6am and pre-ordered the night before so that it would be ready. It didn’t really happen on time! Food arrived at about 6:20am and was cold – it had been sitting on the side for a while – the staff seemed confused and not very organised. Most of us didn’t get a drink that we ordered either.
We used the hotels free shuttle service to take us to the sea-port for our ferry.

The staff were really friendly but a little confused with some straight forward requests. They haven’t been open that long so perhaps are still learning.

I think this is good value for money and would stay here again.

We came for the closeness to the Airport.
The Hotel has fantastic Rooms, and a very good Restaurant.
We sadly arrived late, so we didn't go to the Pool, but for a Hotel in that Area, it is well done having one.
The Rooms are well priced, and with a good Bathroom.

We will come again, the Hotel offers Airport transfer, which is perfect for the last day.

no need for that. In the Philippines are tricycles everywhere. Just ask the security and they will provide all transport. Rentals are close by, but I am not sure where. I know Alona Beach has lots
