We had to stay at Hotel Gabriella for over a month due to a typhoon. The hotel was accommodating and I felt very comfortable while staying there for over a month. The staff was amazing and gave excellent service. I will be back when I just want to get away for the weekend from my home Hotel Gabriella will be my to-go place.

I am happy to have known Hotel Gabriella. I have had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel with my family. The food is very delicious, the interior is great, the pool is just right for my height hehe, the staff are very courteous and accomodating, the room is neat and tidy. It has tv, microwave oven, fridge, and most of all, a safety box for your important docs and stuff. To those who are planning to find a hotel that is affordable and classy, I hope you will include this hotel in your options.😊

I didn’t like the Gabriella Hotel. They had cobwebs in multiple places and other bugs, my biggest complaint about the place. The shower was weak and the temperature variable. There were holes in curtains and a towel. There weren’t enough outlets. A staffer couldn’t explain how to use the safe, which was too small for a laptop. The handle of a drawer was hanging off. They didn’t change our towels. The pool was sometimes occupied by swim lessons. An alarm went off one night. The internet was poor. We had to walk a ways to the main road to get trikes. Breakfasts and the pool were decent, however. I wouldn’t return.

Negatives: bed linen can be cleaner and wash kit incomplete toothbrush and toothpaste missing, shampoo not in plastic bottles, soap is dry and hard. Positives: new building, nice hot shower and bigger TV than usual hotels. Great swimming pool. Recommend that you get a room on the upper floor.

The rooms are clean. The pool is amazing. The staff is nice and very friendly. They are very attentive and can’t do enough for you. We were in late to take our boat for a transfer, and they used their own car to drive us to the port in record time. If you want to go to Bohol, book this hotel !

Pool is awesome and huge! It even has water jets (NOT a hot tub though). Their reception hall and outdoor bar makes this a great place for parties but the rooms are also luxurious enough for romantic getaways. The staff are so kind, albeit shy, but don’t be afraid to voice your needs because they will always do their best to meet your expectations.
Yes the location is not ideal for a tropical paradise but every guest should be aware of their booking's location and be wise. That's not the hotel's fault! For many people, including myself, this was a great location. Close to shops, tricycles are within reach for easy/cheap transport, and absolutely NO TRAFFIC NOISE. The only thing I would say is the roosters next door can be quite loud and the reception hall is used often for events so parties might extend to the pool area where pool view rooms can definitely hear the noise (but this is a common problem among all pool rooms). Door slams can be startling as noise tends to echo in the lobby area, but this is a minor inconvenience.
Amenities are GREAT (two bars, a restaurant, and pool? What more do you need for the price??) and air conditioning system is super efficient. The beds are so comfy, you wont get much better in Bohol! Loved the breakfast too! FYI the rooms are spacious. You're getting a great deal for your buck if you decide to stay here!
