Loveeee the place! Very accessible and near to Tagbilaran pier, so its not much of a hassle to travel around the place if you stay here! I also love how they have bigger rooms with four beds, perfect for those traveling with friends like I did! The food a.k.a. breakfast was super delicious as well! 10/10, definitely would recommend!

Very accommodating. I had so much fun while staying at the hotel. The staff was good to us, and we had breakfast meals that were good. I love their snacks and their cakes. The sitcoms were working well, and we were given water. The room was clean, and we've got new towels and stuff.

The location is perfectly near the mall and other recreational activity places. The place itself is inclusive especially to group gatherings. They offer rooms that can accommodate many guests at the same time and can organize big events as well.

My most recent visit to Panda Tea Garden Suite was a complete delight. The suite was beautifully created, elegantly fusing comfort and elegance. There was serenity in the eye-catching view of the tea garden. The staff delivered exceptional service, ensuring a warm and attentive experience. The in-house restaurant offered delectable dishes, showcasing the local cuisine with finesse. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful getaway with convenient access to nearby attractions. In summary, my stay at Panda Tea Garden Suite was really beyond my expectations. It is the perfect sanctuary for anybody looking for a lavish and tranquil escape. I heartily endorse it and am looking forward to returning.

I was there only for overnight. Good thing it was just for an overnight stay. As a hotelier- I don't recommend it if you stay 2 nights and or more. Expect nothing much of the room amenities. I was assigned at the 3rd floor. No elevator. Not suitable for senior citizens and or PWDs. The linens provided are only flat sheets. Nothing more. Pillows were disarranged and crumpled. Looks like someone used it for a quick nap before it was given to me. Never too serious on the housekeeping side. Aircon was okay. The only thing that compensates me was the cable tv. Hot water is working on my floor. My companions were complaining on their (NO) hot shower at the 2nd floor. No telephone in the guest room. You have to go down at the desk if you need to ask something basic like complimentary water. Most of the time you have to look for the front desk because they don't stay at the reception for long. I have found one of their pregnant cashiers who were laying at their welcome lounge sofa. Playing the internet using the hotel wifi. The mop used by their Housekeeping staff in the guest hallways smelled so bad. It smelled like a used sock. These are areas for improvement the hotel needs if they are willing to improve. Unfortunately the hotel was ran only by R&F staff. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because of their food in the restaurant. It was good. I can recommend it.

When we got into our assigned room, my colleague headed immediately to the CR, but she moved back because it has a very strong pee smell. We informed the front desk to have it cleaned while we will be in the function hall for our seminar but then when we got back the smell is still the same. It seems they dont have proper cleaning of CRs which i think is very important in a hotel.

We stay there for 3 nights, because all hotels been fullybocked over Chinese New Year. Staff was friendly. Aircon only one position, take it of completely. Never clean room. No change towel. CR water flushing problem. Tv not proper working wire. Problem Wifi working only sometimes Well 2400 php per night without breakfast little bit expensive on that standard, we might look 4 something else.

What i like about this hotel is that it has a personal touch to it maybe because it is family owned. Building is relatively new and fully furnished. At the ground floor they have an array of Panda stuff toys in display since the owners children are fond of Panda as i read in their bit of history. They have a cool hip cafe good for book lovers and restaurant with basic food and variety of cakes for dessert. Food seems okay, we only had breakfast so i can’t say much. It is not crowded and busy and the room we were in was clean and the wifi was good. Price was reasonable for the place and its way better than other hotels around Tagbilaran with same price ranges. Its more clean comfortable and feels safe. Staff was helpful!

This place is in a very convenient place if you will be going to the tarsiers independently, or onward to east Bohol. It is near a mall as well if you need supplies. The hotel itself looks cute but is somewhat worn and overpriced. The food in the library is not very good (st least the sandwiches) and you can't check in until two. The host was nice to upgrade our room though since my son was napping and had no where to nap prior to two. Coming from alona beach when you can stay in luxury for same price disappointing.

I stayed there for the month of January and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. First I loved the location because of it's easy accessibility to places in Tagbilaran city. The staff and workers were very helpful when I needed assistance getting some things for trip. The room was clean, quite and comfortable and the internet connection was ok. The hot water was always available and laundry was done really well upon request. The restaurant and cafe was my favorite because of the nice variation of delicious foods, desserts and drinks that I just couldn't get enough of. Satisfied customer here.
