I have stayed here before in 2016 for a night. I didn't write a review coz it was more for sleeping.

However, I'm on my 10th day of quarantine (I went to Cebu for a day and Bohol requires a 14-day quarantine whenever you come back. I have no comment in that asinine protocol), and I have 4 more to go.

Although we are confined in the room, I have been sleeping well. The bed's comfortable, staff doesn't make you feel at ease and cater to your requests as much as they're allowed, and the food is great and affordable.

I guess one of the best things, truly, is the hospitality of the staff. Their reception staff are always courteous and accommodating, which is such a needed vibe when you're stuck without human interaction for 2 weeks.

The only downside is the WiFi connection. It's on and off, and you can't use it in bed, coz the bathroom wall (I think) interferes with the connectivity.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and to be honest is my preferred hotel in Bohol! It has a great café/Restaurant that has good western and Filipino meals, breakfast is included with your room, and great cappuccinos.

I have travelled all over the Philippines and the world, and think for the price this hotel is good! I have pretty high standards being from Australia, and yes the rooms are basic, but they are clean, and comfortable.

Very safe as they have 24 hour armed security guard..

The hotel is Nice, clean and good for your budget. Its very near to Malls and to the Port. We stayed here last March 1 for an overnight stay. When entering the lobby, you might be confused on where is the front desk located because there were boutique stalls and the restaurant is also there. The bed is quite ok and eventhough the hotel was in front of the street, we didn't encountered any problem regarding the noise. When it comes to bathroom amenities, I suggest to have more toiletries like dental kit, shaving kit, and vanity kit. Our breakfast is just fine but I hope they could train their servers. But I got to say that their reservation staff was very fast and accurate in returning our inquiries. Overall, our stay here was great.

Tips when travelling Bohol:
- Try RJ Intano Tours for a package of Countryside tour. I'm very sure that you will enjoy it.
- Go to ICM Mall and try the Prawn Farm Restaurant (Every Saturday, they have a buffet).
- When buying Peanut Kisses, it's much cheaper in the grocery of ICM Mall.

Enjoy your trip!

The rooms are spotlessly clean (a very big plus for me!)
The cook takes so much time preparing the food (so order it about an hour in advance) but it was so tasty that you'd forget you waited an hour to get it.
All the staff are friendly and eager to please the guests.

My colleague and I shared a room at Soledad Suites. From/to the airport, free shuttle service is provided. We were at rm 201. It is a nice room with 2 twin beds, large windows, an ample shower space, and a receiving area with a sofa and table set up. The beds are comfortable, each with two plush pillows. There is no view here though, as it is right in the heart of Tagbilaran. In the fridge, the complimentary bottles of water are replaced daily unlike other hotels that only give those out on the first day of stay.

As we stayed there for work, internet connectivity was important for us. Wifi was fast and always reliable.

Major banks are within walking distance of the hotel.

We only sampled the food at the brewpoint restaturant on our first night's dinner. Servings are enough for sharing. Nothing spectacular though. The rest of our meals for our 4 day stay was part of the set menu in the workshop we attended. There is the only one function room on the 4th floor and fit the group of 35 comfortably. Rest rooms are kept clean.

Hotel staff are always courteous and aim to please. Service is prompt. This fact along with the comfort of our room made possible a pleasant stay even though our days were long and tiring.

For those on tourist mode, there is a tour provider desk just by the lobby office. Through them, we made arrangements to hire a car and driver in order to visit health facilities in earthquake affected areas. Our driver, kuya Rey, arrived promptly for our 630am departure to Carmen. He is amiable, courteous, brimming with information on Bohol, past and present. He is also a careful driver. It was raining when we went.

Overall, it was a great stay at Soledad Suites. I just wished they have bigger function halls.

We stayed a couple of nights at Soledad Suites and even though they were undergoing the renovation of their restaurant, we found it great for the price.
The room was clean, with enough space for our bulky luggage, the bathroom over the usual standards in the Philippines and the breakfast - although served in the lobby - tasty.
The staff was very helpful when it came to advising us on tours or booking the ferry to Cebu.
We didn't chose the hotel, we were sent there by another hotel we wanted to stay in, but had no room available, and we were quite lucky!

The room I stayed in was spacious with a 32inch LCD TV, cable connection and free wifi. The twin beds and pillows were ultra comfy and I slept like a baby during my overnight stay. The toiletries provided were minimal though with only bath soap and shampoo, but overall, the bathroom was very clean and had clean towels, hot water as well as service rubber slippers. If only they could have provided a hairdryer for all the guests, then it would have been perfect. I loved the fact that they had free airport and pier transfers for all their guests as well as free breakfast included in the room price (choice of Filipino, Continental and American Breakfast). Location-wise, this hotel is in the heart of Tagbilaran City and is very accessible, especially for business travellers; I would come back to stay in this hotel again as well as recommend this to all my friends and co-workers. By the way, we ordered buttered chicken in their restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised that the P 200 platter contained 12 pieces of tender juicy delicious fried chicken. Take that Jollibee!!!

feels very much like a business hotel but if business means clean and smart then that is fine by me. in what is a very busy, bustling city it is a pleasure to have a clean air conditioned room to go back to. staff were great and the cafe downstairs served some good cake and coffee + free wifi.

I've been to the hotel twice already for a seminar. We used their function room and stayed in the hotel overnight. During those two occasions, the hotel never failed to accommodate our requests. They we’re accommodating when I was making pre-arrangements for our seminar. And they we’re equally accommodating during our short stay. They have very friendly staffs – always smiling and accommodating (esp. if you’re OC with business functions). They have free hotel transfer /s as well (from and to airport and seaport). It’s also near to both ports – very convenient. The hotel interiors are modern and ambiance is cozy; you can hang-out in their small café. But what I really loved about the hotel: the place smells good! (from the hallway to the bedroom). The beds are also comfy and sheets smells good and clean. You can really sleep well! It’s not the cheapest hotel in Bohol but you can try to ask for discounts :)
