We stayed at Pantawan for one night as we were catching a really early ferry the next morning and it’s located within a 7 minute walk of the pier.

The lady we checked in with was really lovely, honest as she said do you want the room with gym music until 10 or bar music until 4am? Which I would expect if I was paying half the price of less. But you expect a bit more paying 899...

So music and outside noise was definitely heard, the weights from the gym or anyone jumping is really loud and annoying

Bathroom was small but clean and nice
Aircon worked strong

There were ants crawling around and we couldn’t understand what they were attracted to..
rooms are pretty tight fitting.

All in all I think it’s a bit overpriced but if you’re catching the ferry early it’ll do..

The place is far to expensive for what you get. There's a gym over the rooms so it's terribly loud no place to relax! The price is 899 pesos a night for a double room which is not even big enough for 1 adult. The price is really a joke compared to the service you get here.

We will never come here again.

I usually stay here if my fave B&B don't have available rooms.
Bad Points:
> No complementary water, free breakfast or any other complimentary stuff.
> Not recommended for family. I stayed here with my family, and they charged my child an extra 150. For what? we didn't get any additional towel or shampoo for that payment. Really, there was no justification for the additional head. But I would rather have understood if they charged 200 for an additional bed.
> Noisy gym upstairs, noisy videoke downstairs.Small rooms.

Good points:
> Located near the pier, just infront of Lite Port and one ride to a mall and galleria luisa.
> The staff before was so helpful and accomodating. The new ones now were not really that super accomodating as we expected.

This place is really quite expensive for what you get. We paid 899 pesos per night for a double room (a tiny double room, she told us to put our bags in the wardrobe so we could have space to walk around)

We tried to negotiate on the price but it was non negotiable. No breakfast, no water refill. It was the only place near the harbour so we didn’t really have so much of a choice.

This hotel is above a club so you’re kept awake until 3am with loud banging music and people screaming.

Positives were that aircon was included, hot water was included, tv was also available but terrible reception.

Motorbike hire is an extortion at 500 pesos per 24 hours - non negotiable.
