It was a good experience in your hotel. Nice cosy and comfy rooms with free water at the hallway since there are water dispensers in the area. The price is good for the price of the room since it already comes with free breakfast of your choice. The only thing that I guess needs improvement is the road going in the hotel. It's rough road with "Lubak2x". Looking forward for staying here again when We come back in the Bohol.

I would stay in this hotel again. The staffs are very accommodating, friendly and approachable. If we request something, they would grant our request if possible. Keep up the good work. Kudos to all the staff and management. 😊

I remembered the first night here, they held a Christmas party, which is out of my expectation. Great food, funny games and on top of that a feeling of warm welcome, a feeling back home.
Simple breakfast everyday, good wifi both in public area and in the room. Staff here are very attending and helpful. Sure to come back again.

Booked thru Agoda, confirmed and paid HOWEVER when my sister went there the rude receptionist said it’s FULLY BOOKED.

They have not even checked the booking reference.

They are unapologetic and even let my senior citizen mom wait.

And since the Agoda booking is nonrefundable, I am chasing all angles how to get my money back.

There site is not responding, and not even responding calls.

Be careful before you book.

Not a good place to stay in. The staff were not considerate with our request to stay till 2pm considering we have a 3 year old child with us. We we're willing to pay the additional 150 per hour that they stated upon checking in but when we exercised the option they were not willing to accommodate our request.

Location is good since it is near the airport, mall, and other establishments. The only thing not good about the location is the road getting to the hotel. It was a rough road (not concrete). The interiors are modern and simple. Although our room was small since we chose standard double bed, it was enough for us since there was a built in closet where we can put our stuff. I also like that they let you use their utensils and there is a water dispenser in every floor.

Our stopover hotel before we proceeded to Anda. Went here with a bunch of my family members. Location is okay. Glad that it's near the mall, but men, the way to the accommodation was hell. Small uncemented road filled with water puddles. Had to walk to the main road because trikes were not passing inside that small subdivision road and pass all through the puddles and some stray dogs. Rooms and interiors were okay, clean, industrial-ish feels. Basic amenities, basic everything, good for sleeping and shower. Affordable. Stressful ginormous mosquitoes outside the building.

Pros
- Relatively new, budget friendly accommodation, One tricycle ride away from Island City Mall and Airport, strong wifi connection in our room

Cons
- Aircon's drain pipe is being connected on the CR thus making the floor wet while the aircon is on. We dont know if this set up is only in our room.
- Road not concrete, tricycle drivers were not familiar with the place yet because it's new. This concern is being relayed to the owner of the house and she told us that they are already working on putting a signage at the highway. Good thing, waze helped us find the place. Yes! waze worked well in Tagbilaran, too.
-When you need tricycle you have to walk to the highway to find one, but the caretakers are accommodating to assist you on this.

Overall, we still recommend this BnB for those budget travellers. This is just new and for sure they will still improve.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is few steps away to the main road and walking distance to Island city mall, 7 eleven, fruit stalls and eateries.

Being a vegetarian, had no choice other than bread with cheese/jam. Few options would have been good.

Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staffs are accommodating , we requested transfer from 3F to 2F . It's just that they should have policy on drunk guest, it really disturb others .
Also , transport like tricycle drivers is not yet familiar with the new address.
Lastly , no elevators going to third floor.
