Lovely family owned place. Very good location. Room is clean, spacious, air con, hot and cold water, with kettle and fridge. There’s a veranda over looking the sea where there’s a sitting area. Nice and peaceful with the breeze from the sea. Ask the local if you cannot find the place. It’s up an alley way and two flights of short stairs. It’s sitting on the side of the hill. Great location away from the heat of the coast. It’s just 5 minutes walk to the main thoroughfare where all the restaurants and diving shops are.

We stayed 4 nights at Reynaldo's upstairs during Holy week, we had the room 9, the room is clean, big enough, with mosquito nets on the windows with a small bathroom and a useful outside kitchen just for us. Very simple kitchen but nice to prepare breakfast or simple dinner and enjoy it outside. wifi is not super powerful but that's the way it is in the Philippines. They also have a roof top terrace with a view on Sabang. Location is good close to everything but avoiding the noise of discos and bars. Len Len, Puri and all the family are really friendly, Len Len is always smiling and laughing. I would recommend that place to stay in Sabang.

Reynaldo's is in a quite place on the side of the sabang beach. This place provides basic, clean accommodation that allow you to really enjoy the fabulous hospitality provided by the family owners and the area. You can sit and relax if you want to see the view. Or cook yourself in the comfort small kitchen. They have a wide range of rooms where you can find a flat cable TV, wifi, kitchen and small balcony. They are so friendly and when you travel a long time makes you feel at home!

Sergio met us at the port and was offering us places to stay, we was a little dubious about this at first but he was lovely and really helped us out with getting a place to stay, hiring a bike etc. This was our own little room with balcony looking out to the sea. It was off the sea front and up a little back street. Had a kitchen attached, air-con, fan and tv. Power went out a few times which was annoying but the generator would be activated after a little while. If I was to return to Sabang I would prefer to stay on the sea front next time purely because it's on the sea front and nothing to do with this room.

Reynaldos Sabang May 09 -11. Good clean place, a few steps involved but a 5 min walk to all the night life. Restaurant all around. Ocean view, WI-FI and TV 6-7 and 800 per night. Better deals for long term. Great people and quiet place.

Nice rooms, nice breakfast and Reynaldo is a good guy. We booked a room for 600 pesos, with bathroom and kitchen(not that we where using it)
The best cheap room ever!

We stayed here twice already and really enjoyed it.
Reynaldo is very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and are a good size, they have a tv, patio (some with a better view than others) and the kitchen is a nice bonus. They do charge extra if you would like to use hot water or cook in the kitchen so be sure to ask prices to avoid surprises at check out.
There are a few flights of stairs hence the name.. but its worth it for privacy because there is no people passing by your room unlike most of the hotels along the front of the beach. If you are not into doing any exercise than look elsewhere.

We had a quite big room with a cooking option and a table outside. There is also a fridge you can use, which was very comfortable. Everything is within walking distance, its a peaceful, clean and quiet place. Avoid the touts, even if you tell them they should back of, they will follow you and pretend they brought you here to get there share... The staff was very friendly an provided useful information!

This family were the most hospitable group and looked after me throughout my stay, always keen to say hello and made me feel extremely welcome. Excellent breakfast! Nice clean rooms in the quieter part of town. Highly recommended.
