Detailed Reviews
First of all, Ms. Ailyn, the lovely receptionist assisted us on our inquiry through phone and welcomed us as we arrived at the resort. We got a basic room with a single bed (with pullout) and an electric fan. But the view from our corner room and communal veranda on the second level was amazing. Literally a few meters away from Gumasa Beach's sister, Sellona Beach. The service was impeccable as we were provided with free drinking water and cooked our own food from the kitchenette with a minimal charge. The communal toilet and bath was just okay, saltwater came out from the faucet though. They also assisted us on our tricycle rentals and all. Overall, our 1-night stay was fine as we owned the beach, away from the Gumasa Beach crowd.

Stayed for a night at Brod Louie, finding it to be the most affordable place to stay in Glan. It is a beach-front resort, but it fronts the Sellona beach and not the famous Gumasa Beach. But Sellona isn't bad at all, since there are hardly any tourists in the area compared to Gumasa.
The rooms are quite ordinary but the view is really nice. The staff are also very, very friendly. Hats off specially to Ailyn who was very accommodating to us during our stay.
Highly recommended for budget travellers.

We stayed at the A/C room good for two and the only thing nice in the room is the A/C and nothing else. The CR is located outside the room and it was basic as well no flush just manual. Also, you can just swim at the beachfront in the morning and late afternoon when it is high tide but NOT on mid afternoon. However, the customer service is good as they would attend to your needs like cooking or reheating your food and calling a habal2x service for you. They don't serve food, you have to buy/ bring your own meal.
