The Ferrari Hotel is what I would call, a hidden gem. It is a very clean, beautiful, updated hotel with a wonderful, new plunge pool that came in handy during the heat wave we had, while we were on vacation last month. It also has a gym that has various weights and equipment to meet your daily workout needs. Also, it is centrally located to many of Italy’s beautiful sites to visit. It’s 20 mintutes from Naples and within an hours’ drive to Sorrento, Pompei, Mt Vesuvius, the Royal Palace of Caserta, etc. I have stayed in many hotels but I have never met such wonderful people like the hotel staff that works at the Ferrari Hotel. They make you feel not only welcomed, but treat you like family. We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and the food and wine in their restaurant was spectacular. They are very accommodating to all of your needs. All in all, we give this hotel 5 stars and look forward to going back next year. ~The Iossa's…
We stayed here for a night on our Italy road trip after the day in Pompeii. We wanted to avoid the crazy mess of driving in Naples so picked this hotel. The reception clerk upon check in was very nice and friendly and check in was a breeze. On our way to the room the corridors were a bit dark but the hotel is trying it's part to save energy and contributes to a greener planet so that's okay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a bit squeaky but that was okay. We had breakfast with our stay and there was a nice selection of foods at the buffet to chose from. The breakfast attendant was not as friendly as the check in clerk but I think this may have been a language barrier thing as our Italian goes as far as politeness and pleasantries. Hotel had onsite parking which was great for us. We didn't explore the area around us as we had been awake for a long time so just wanted to go to sleep when we got there but it didn't look like there was much going on in the general vicinity of the hotel. Would recommend for a short stop over if traveling the country by car. Thanks for a pleasant stay. …
not a very pleasant part of italy and the staff seem to mirror that not very helpful and not around much. most of the time we were there the place was dark and there were considerably few guests i think maybe one other party came down to breakfast. the area surrounding the hotel is industrial not much of a safe place to go to as there is not very clear footpaths the hotel does do a shuttle servie to the airport for 55 euro which is very expensive for a 30 minute trip
This hotel is very basic and the rooms are long overdue a much needed update. The Location is not good and there is nothing around the hotel so very limited with options for eating out and even a shop to buy things
i liked my two-day stay because it was quiet and my room was very clean and neat. but staff isn't always available, they're few in number too. no pool or any access to anything fun. location is poor as well.
