Comfortable bed. Simmons’s!!The room is very clean. Very near the station. Staff are very kind and very helpful. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the breakfast. I was hoping for a larger variety of foods. However, maybe the buffet was not so large because of COVID.a very comfortable stay.

Horrible WiFi!!!!!!!!! Don't stay here if you're doing business and need WiFi. Constant dropped WiFi and it resets every night. Always logging in over and over. Room was nice, older, but okay. Staff barely speak English. (They can purchase a bus ticket back to the airport, charged to room) Train Station close by. Celeo Mall (mainly food, sweets, and candy/sweet boxes for gifts) There is a grocery store on the bottom level of the mall. Wish I would have known that after three weeks there. Bummer.

After a 9 year hiatus I stayed here again. My previous review said it was soulless and I must say it was better than that this time. However, my room, and particularly the bathroom, was extremely small. They have no gym and, when I asked about alternatives, they gave me a couple of local gyms hat would charge an additional $20/day. Customer service is, on the surface attentive, but there is no notion of flexibility to please the customer. At check in I asked if I had a quiet room. He said yes. I asked where it was so he took out a floor plan and it was right next to the elevator. Of course, it wasn’t possible to change it. Same happened with my colleague who checked in separately. She asked for a higher floor as they can be quieter but she was given a room on the lowest floor with rooms. Same answer when she asked if she could change. Any flexibility requests receives blank stares. I did have dinner twice at the top floor sushi bar. It was good. As was the cafe on the main floor. Also, the limousine bus to the airport runs from right outside which is very convenient.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 2 weeks. The room is great, reliable internet connection and the staff are very nice as well. It's located near the JR Hachioji station so I had easy access to transportation. The are also malls and restaurants taking just short walks so everything is within reach. I will most likely stay in this hotel again when I come back.

This is the closest thing to an American hotel I've stayed in Japan. Rooms are spacious and furnished like any Marriott, Hilton, etc. The public areas are pretty luxurious. I stayed there for 4 nights and my room and floor were extremely quiet. It's conveniently located, directly next to the station. I stayed on one of the upper floors and the view was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing. Food selection was okay but the place just felt like a cafeteria. Also, they do not have room services which would have been a nice treat when arriving late after a long day of travel/work.

We booked a Premier grand Club room as a treat for the final hotel for our 3 week visit to Japan. We stayed in the Hilton in Osaka at the start of the trip which had good new room and good service but this was a step above. The room at the Keio and the bathroom were both very large and very recently refurbished. Breakfast in the Club lounge (note there are two lounges, this is the more premium lounge) was great with large selection and eggs benedict from the egg chef as well as the usual omelettes. Service from the breakfast staff was great too. The restaurant/lounge was recently upgraded and very light and open in Western style. The 'bar time' (5-7pm) was a nice time to regroup after the day and relax before venturing out for dinner without having to worry about finding a bar. Nice selection of Japanese whiskeys and a few nihonshu/sake as well as wine and beers. They were very strict about the finish time for drinks, along with taking anything out of the lounge eg half finished bottle of water.

The Keio Plaza hotel in Hachioji is a great hotel located close to all Hachioji businesses. The rooms are great and clean. The Japanese style bathroom with the warm toilet seat is a treat. The hotel features a great breakfast. Japanese cuisine and American cuisine are present in this all variety style breakfast. The hotel staff is courteous and very polite...the Japanese way. This is a great place to stay.

Stayed in Keo Hotel for a three-day seminar in Soka University. Place is excellent in terms of service, food at the restaurants and accommodation amenities. Place is also near malls, business establishments and train stations. Love to go back to this place!

I have stayed at the Keio plaza hotel on business on 4 to 5 occasions over the passed year to eighteen months. It is very conveniently placed near the train station and buses to the airport. However I regard their customer service as poor, on one occasion I was booked into a smoking room on a smoking floor. Even exiting the lift was appalling. It took a significant 'tantrum' to get them to change my room, a significant hike in cost and changing room three times over the period I stayed. Recently I booked into my room to be told that do the type of room no tea or coffee was provided, A kettle was available, sugar , cups but not a tea bag or sachet of instant coffee. At Family Mart a box of proper drip coffee bags were 200 yen for 10 ( ~2$). So for 20 cents they have annoyed me sufficiently to find an alternative on my next visit.
