3rd time to stay here due to visit to my son working in the city. Booked 3 rooms this visit. Very disappointed as usual. Rooms are not cleaned and replenished with supplies daily, when I asked, the reception, they answered, due to Covid, they only clean every other day. It means we have to call daily to get something cleaned The rate per night is cost effective barely 2200/night breakfast included. But the customer service is quite poor. The breakfasts provided do not taste good. Food delivered for in room dining is equally bad -salty & not flavorful Room 103 is not good—aircon emits a strong sound, bathroom door does not lock properly. I reported both, nothing was done for aircon though This is the only 3 star hotel in cabanatuan city so no choice but to endure the stay Since my son will be based here, I’m scouting air bnb for next time stay. It’s hard to endure Harvest Hotel Cabanatuan. While the per room rate is cost efficient, the attitude of the staff in treating guests is far fr industry standard. The overall experience leaves a sour taste

We were looking for a decent hotel in Cabanatuan City and found Harvest Hotel. I initially thought that my family will experience the good reviews but am so disappointed with the service. This hotel is so unorganized and the staff seem poorly trained. We can hear them murmuring and gossiping with each other and as a result, a very poor ambience during dinner. I ordered steak and was recommended by the staff a “juice” for accompanying drink. Apparently, they only serve wine from 9am to 3pm, which is nonsense. I told the assistant manager my feedback and she was NOT empathetic at all and showed no care and with a rude attitude. I definitely will NOT recommend this hotel for terrible service. There is a big leap that needs to be made in terms of staff training and not having customers deal with rude staff. To the management, your customers deserve better service by a big leap, please treat your customers with your promised level of service. It is very disappointing to be at your hotel. I hope this does not fall to deaf ears.

The food was OK, but not great. It's a nice place inside, and the service was very good and professional; something quite rare in these parts. I doubt that we would return. Why two-hundred characters I wonder? Daft idea.

We’ve been here many times with my family, extend family and my friends yearly i always let them come with us every time we are going back to Nueva ecija to visit relatives and friends. Love staying here before driving back to manila. Last year this place is very clean and well maintained. Hospitality vibes it is🥳 Christmas vibes 😊is there. But the pool area is very different this time. Chairs everywhere, floor looks dirty and looks like no one is looking after that area or maybe Christmas and new year just over when we came in. Staff maybe still on their vacation mode. And also there breakfast buffet does not have a wow factor unlike before and their Kare-kare it is much way better if they cooked it like the normal cooking. Looking for more sauce on it and veggies very hard to eat. Loved home cook way if possible. Because this place is like a home away from home. Very relaxing. Its just that missing some of the small details that can be fix. Please keep the quality than quantity this is a very nice place.😉 One more thing they have a wellness spa now! I love it. Wanted to go back for that. This place is way better than microtel period. Definitely going back again. Thank you! See you again soon!
