We didn't stay there, but our friend did, and we all hangout there for a couple of days. Very pleasant, neat place, with modern stylish rooms, lovely terrace and bigger than most swimming pool. Cocktails were exceptional, yet cheaper than on the beach! Located a bit hidden between the main road and Alona beach, the hotel surrounding is very quiet and private. You can take a shortcut to the beach, just 5 min. But at night this narrow path has no light, so be sure to use your flashlight, otherwise easy to break your leg in that alley.

Their pool looks so lovely. The rooms have features of Balinese style (?). Our room has an outdoor-ish bathroom so there can be mosquitos at night and you can hear vehicles passing by but you wont hear anything in the room once bathroom door is closed. TV has Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast is not included in the booking but they offer breakfast and there is also a pool bar. Rooms/villas are few which means less crowded pool and less noise. Location is great, it is a few mins walk to restaurants/shops/banks along the road.

We stayed with a family group at Villa Kasadya and all really enjoyed our stay. Having been responsible for the booking, I was a bit concerned that we might be too far from Alona Beach. On the contrary, everyone was delighted with the choice as we had our own little oasis from the bright lights and restaurants on the beach, yet only a very short walk away. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed during our stay, however breakfast was still available and provided for both healthy and hearty options that were good quality. The staff were all really knowledgeable, competent and friendly. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very nice. Staffs are very accomodating. Near the beach and most of all walking distance with other establishments especially restaurants. I hope they improve on their amenities like toothbrush, slippers which were not available. Also the airconditioning was a bit problematic in our room but with the help of an electric fan you’ll be fine. Nevertheless this is an awesome hotel and budget friendly too.

Great location, near main beach and shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool area is superb, with plenty of sun lounges. The pool itself is very clean and quite large. Highly recommended.

I can’t stress this enough, but this place is immaculate! I wish we could have stayed longer. The staffs were so helpful. We even had massage set up in our villa. Private pool is so awesome especially for the kids. I will definitely come back….

With only four villas, this cute little place feels very exclusive and private. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. It is located at a quiet part of Alona, a couple of minutes from the beach and just a few steps from the main road. Bars and restaurants are very accessible. Villa Kasadya's villas, pool, and overall vibe remind me of Bali. Their restaurant serves good and affordable food. We absolutely love their resident cat Blue!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights stay at Villa Kasadya (Feb 17 to Feb 22, 2016). From the moment I made an email inquiries to the moment we checked out, every one is very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jhena for answering a million questions I had.
Transportation: We had the villa to arrange a car to pick us up to and from the Tagbilaran airport (our flight delayed for an hour though). The driver was waiting with a sign of my name, so there was no trouble at all to get to the villa. It was about a 30min ride, the cost is very reasonable.
Location: I like that the villa is a bit off the busy part of Alona beach, private, yet still within walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. Most reviewer have mentioned the poorly developed dirt path that lead to the beach. Yes, this may the worst thing about this villa, but to me it wasn’t a big deal, and it was pretty safe. It was like a 2 min walk to the beach. It was a bit rocky with a few steps going down, I could see it may get a bit muddy in rainy days. I use my phone’s flash light at night, but would be ok too without it. (Do go to the Buzz cafe for delicious ice cream!)
The Villa: The room is well designed with hIgh ceiling. Beautiful just as the photo on website. It is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It was nice to have a sitting area, so I could lounge there after a day of activity (Would be lovely if there is a light blanket there for lounging around). Air conditioner is quiet and works perfectly. There are cockerels around in the neighbourhood, sometimes you can hear them at 3am. I can sleep through everything but light sleepers would want to bring their ear plugs. (I encountered guests who stayed at another resort, who said the same thing, so I guess it may be hard to avoid the cockerels).
Bathroom: It’s nice and spacious. Though water from tap and shower has a salty tastes, so I wouldn’t recommend to use it for tea even after boiling it. (there is a tiny store selling bottled water few steps away). The rain shower head is lovely, but water gets much hotter from the smaller shower head below.
Towels: Would be great if the staff would automatically replace fresh clean towels every other day. But it wasn't a problem to ask for new towels at the reception.
Breakfast: Two options of breakfast are included with room rate, American or Filipino. I mostly stick with American breakfast: toasts, eggs, bacon with fruit juice and tea or coffee, which is great. Would be amazing if there are more options included . (French option costs the same as American option on menu, so seems a bit odd that it is not included free with room). Also, would be nice to have more tea options.
Pool: it is nice and you can mostly get it all for yourself :D
Happy hour: 5pm to 7pm, 2 cocktails for the price of 1. I was too tired to enjoy this after a day of diving. But it surely is great to sip cocktails by the pool.
Motorbike rental: We have the villa to arrange a motorbike for us, great rate and good bike. It’s highly recommended to drive around Bohol. Apart from seeing the tarsier and chocolate hill, the small villages up the mountain around the Lunab rice terrace is very picturesque! It’s somewhere between Sierra Bullones and Jagna.
Payment: Deposit was made with Paypal, which was very convenient for me. One little advice for the Villa is that it would be nice to mention about the paypal account details on their official website. Because the paypal account details shows the Business name as “Hope Homes”, and the account’s customer service URl and phone number doesn’t match Villa Kasadya. Also the emails came from a yahoo email account. So theoretically, I could be communicating with someone else outside Villa Kasadya. For a split second, I was slightly worried, but I read from other review who mentioned the owner’s name is Fred, which matches the paypal account email, So I thought it’s probably fine. and yes it was all good. (BTW, had the pleasure to meet Fred on our arrival. He’s very nice and made sure we have everything we need.)
In conclusion, Villa Kasadya is a very nice and cozy place that I would recommend it for a relaxing stay in Alona.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it is quite a nice villa.
The staff was really nice and helpful, they helped us to arrange a lot of things also recommended a nice restaurant for dinner.
The room is big and clean with nice sitting area outside. There are only 4 villas in total so it is really quiet and have full privacy.
We did have to walk to small/dirty path to alona beach and main road, but it is not serious for me because I did not go out late evening, and it is not far away (10 minutes walk to shops/beach)
The only thing can be improved is that sitting outside is with a lot of insects , probably because of the grass . If they want to expand the villa, something to take into account.

My name is Jane and I stayed at Villa Kasadya from Feb 15~18, 2015.
Every staff member were very friendly and helpful.
They helped me rent a motorcycle at a very good price and I felt very safe staying at Villa Kasadya.
What was great about Villa Kasadya is that there are only four separate villas.
Since there were not guests staying at the resort concurrently, service from staff were very exclusive and kind.
The best part, since most guests staying at Villa Kasadya are couples, I heard no sound of children screaming around the resort the whole time I was there.
I just loved the quiet and luxurious atmosphere of Villa Kasadya and would happily rebook whenever I go to Bohol Island.
I give Villa Kasadya TEN stars without a doubt!!!
