Great location, near main beach and shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool area is superb, with plenty of sun lounges. The pool itself is very clean and quite large. Highly recommended.

Oh my gosh! it was the most amazing stay I have ever had. It was so quiet that you can literally just sleep for days and if you don't use your phone you'll definitely feel like you're in heaven. it was just so relaxing lounging by the pool. One complaint I would give were these drain flies on our terrace and there were a lot.

Room Tip: I would recommend the garden villas as they are more private and is good for at least 4 people.

This hotel is very nice. Staffs are very accomodating. Near the beach and most of all walking distance with other establishments especially restaurants. I hope they improve on their amenities like toothbrush, slippers which were not available. Also the airconditioning was a bit problematic in our room but with the help of an electric fan you’ll be fine. Nevertheless this is an awesome hotel and budget friendly too.

Their pool looks so lovely. The rooms have features of Balinese style (?). Our room has an outdoor-ish bathroom so there can be mosquitos at night and you can hear vehicles passing by but you wont hear anything in the room once bathroom door is closed. TV has Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast is not included in the booking but they offer breakfast and there is also a pool bar. Rooms/villas are few which means less crowded pool and less noise. Location is great, it is a few mins walk to restaurants/shops/banks along the road.

We didn't stay there, but our friend did, and we all hangout there for a couple of days. Very pleasant, neat place, with modern stylish rooms, lovely terrace and bigger than most swimming pool. Cocktails were exceptional, yet cheaper than on the beach! Located a bit hidden between the main road and Alona beach, the hotel surrounding is very quiet and private. You can take a shortcut to the beach, just 5 min. But at night this narrow path has no light, so be sure to use your flashlight, otherwise easy to break your leg in that alley.

We stayed with a family group at Villa Kasadya and all really enjoyed our stay. Having been responsible for the booking, I was a bit concerned that we might be too far from Alona Beach. On the contrary, everyone was delighted with the choice as we had our own little oasis from the bright lights and restaurants on the beach, yet only a very short walk away. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed during our stay, however breakfast was still available and provided for both healthy and hearty options that were good quality. The staff were all really knowledgeable, competent and friendly. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

No restaurant - only when we arrived they informed us that restaurant was close for 2 months already. They can serve breakfast but if you want other food they can order for you that takes morethan 1 hour. I'm with family of 6. The only reason we didn't book airbnb was because we need a convenient stay in Bohol. restaurant is important for us. We paid 42,000 pesos for 3 nights stay here Beach - Beach if far. There is a "short cut" 10 mins walk. It's a very small, smelly, dirty alley. Not for kids! Not for senior! Not for PWD! not convenient to go to the beach. Not 24hr reception, there's 1 guard at night who can answer some of your query! But no! That is not 24hr concierge. Tours - they do not have there own tours or in partnership with any travel & tours. Breakfast - they offered American breakfast (bacon, egg, toast only) Filipino breakfast (cornedbeef or 2 small langonisa, egg, fried rice only) coffee or watermelon/pineapple for drink. It was ok if you will stay here for 1-2 nights only. They serve breakbast between 7:30am to 10:30am only! House keeping/ Breakfast server - I believe her name was gisell. Tall skinny girl. She was very rude! I made mistake as I ordered "longsilog" instead of saying Filipino breakfast with longanisa. Im ordering for 6 and I just woke up. It's confusing and she got mad to the point I have to ask for her name. Other staff was exceptional. this hotel is too expensive to what really they offer. Disappointed.

We stayed here in September for 3 nights in a deluxe bedroom. We felt as if we were on a relaxation retreat whilst staying here. The room was very clean and cosy with stunning interior and high ceilings. The bathroom is partially outside and beautifully decorated. The staff were always kind and helpful. Breakfast was included with our stay, it was cooked to order every day served along side with fresh juices and tea/coffee. The beach is a few minutes walk away where there is a wide selection of local cuisines and bars.

The room was very nice, big and clean, equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in one of the biggest rooms/villas and it was very spacious; we enjoyed very much our outside living room. The garden of the accommodation was very taken care of in the details, the pool was enjoyable and very clean. The breakfast was tasty, there are two different choices of breakfast included in the price of the room. The new management of the bar was really nice with very affordable and tasty cocktails for happy hour. The staff at the reception was very sweet and helpful. We appreciated the kindness and professionalism, since they could help us with everything we needed according to our requests. We would definitely go back to this accommodation and we already advised it to our family and friends. It is a very good value for money and it has a great price/quality relation. This villa made our experience in Bohol even more enjoyable.
