My parents & I stayed on N room from June 5 to 9. The first day we were there we mentioned about the TV not working right as we have a regular shows we watch everyday. They said they will send the technician. Nobody came. We ordered from from their restaurant it took a while for them to collect used plates & utensils outside our room. Also a suggestion if the cook could go easy with the salt on the food, it is a little bit salty.

First if all, the place is located right on the main street leading to Alona beach, and it's very noisy day and night (for those who might care). Second, no Wi-Fi in the room, and barely working one on the porch, so you have to sit on a hard wooden bench in the pool area if you want to use internet. Third, when we arrived and checked in into our room with "garden view" we found out that our view is the wall of the room in front, shared "porch", which is more like a narrow alley filled with hanging laundry. When we asked the staff politely about the "garden view" mismatch, the two receptionists instead of offering a solution directly started to blame it on us, saying that we (I quote) "didn't request a garden view". In my understanding, if it's written in the room description, it's included, and there was no note about requesting it anywhere. Clearly, they just wanted to get rid of me without fixing anything. All I wanted is to be moved to another room. They didn't propose that, so I asked if they had another room with a proper porch available, they rudely said no, that's all we have and turned away. After I asked again if there is anything available tomorrow or the day after, or even a different type of room, finally with very annoyed attitude admitted that there is one tomorrow that we could move to. Clearly, my trust is already shaken, so I asked them to see the room first. They made a whole scene about this, but finally showed me the room next to ours, which was better. The restaurant has similar service. We ordered 3 dishes, it took 40 minutes for them to bring one of them, and it was wrong. We sent it back, waited another 15 minutes and finally got all our food, which was very mediocre. Really not with the price and the waiting. After all this we really didn't want to stay in this place, so we booked another hotel, and went to tell them that we will be checking out. Got shouted at again saying that our booking is not refundable. Forget it. Even the swimming pool, the only nice thing about this hotel, couldn't be enjoyed because of the construction next door. The workers would stare from the roof and one even got down and was peeping over the fence...

This just a normal room. No fridge in the room. No drinking water provided. Only 1 piece of soap and 1 snall packet of shampoo provided as amenities in the bathroom. Wifi not so good connection. Shower water presure too low. The location of hotel is excellent. Opposite seven eleven and mc donald. Many restaurant and bars nearby hotel Alona beach about 5-10 minutes walk from hotel. For shorr stay maybe this hotel is good. If u need a comfortable room please try to find other hotel.

Location is excellent, but a busy Chinese New Year long weekend and the facilities and service fell apart. *Pool is murky and says "under treatment" though I suspect it's permanently like that. *Reception told us we couldn't pay by card as the machine was broken. Not true, it was just bundled up, unplugged in a drawer. *Rooms are not cleaned, nor towels replaced, except by request, and our request was put off until the next day. *Wifi only works in a small handful of rooms. *Before I arrived I asked for another day to be added to my reservation, was told it was, but upon arrival the booking was not made. *Tried to charge me more than what my agoda reservation was for, despite showing them email/app confirmation.

Smelly rooms, loud aircon, toilet flush doesnt work and the staff is just desinterested, not hospitable at all. Sorry, but this is not a place where you want to waste your money and time. Ah yes, they dont clean the rooms if you stay more than a day.

I would just like to say this hotel was fantastic! I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a fantastic time. The staff and management are very attentive and welcoming and nothing was too big for them to attend to. I enjoyed the food which I thought was great throughout my time there. The rooms are nice and clean all the time. The pool is kept clean and great to swim in or lounge around. I’m very much looking forward to coming back for a few weeks in Nov/Dec 2020! Thanks again, Tim Reidy, London

It is a VERY simple room, no table, no hair dryer, no fridge no nothing but if you just wanna stay close to Alona beach and all other reasonable priced hotels are fully booked then ok. Staff is very friendly, pool is ok, the fish restaurant is being repaired but they still serve breakfast and dinner (not the fish restaurant as before). And there were no cleaning during my only 2 day stay

This hotel is located at a 2mins walking distance to Alona beach and has McD/ Dunkin Donuts / Seven Eleven at its doorstep. However, the rooms are average. We did not get housekeeping one of the days, the shower was broken and the AC was not as effective as it should be

Centrally located. Decent size room, tiled and nicely decorated. Bedding okay, storage space, TV okay, hot water okay, separate shower recess, good lighting, table and chairs and a drying rack outside the front door. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at their restaurant was okay and not expensive. The pool looked clean. Overall, I felt it was good value and happy to recommend.
