A trip with family members. The hotel is clean and have polite staff. Service is good but there was one time we had to call housekeeping more than once, to get our room cleaned. I guess it was during the time more guests were coming in. Our room's balcony had a sea view and can also see the pool downstairs. It was really warm when we entered, maybe because the balcony was directly facing the sun and the drapes were open. The temperature got better in the evening. Location, for me, was the best part as it was not in the busy part of Alona beach. It was close to the touristy places but definitely not noisy. We tried the buffet dinner, it was a disappointment. Breakfast was ok. Some of the ala cart food were good, others were dry. I'd probably stay in the same hotel should we decide to go back.…

We stayed in Premier Room and I must say, this is the best decision we have made. My 2yo kid and my mom were able to swim any time of the day. Will definitely recommend this to families and friends. Kudos to the entire team of Best Western Panglao!

This was a dive trip, so the location was ideal if your dive operator is in Alona beach. Else, for family leisure stay, suggest staying at Bellevue or Modala for a quieter beach and less crowd. Concerns on customer service. No menu inside room so I called restaurant. Menu arrived after 30 minutes after calling them 3 times. Called reception to book a massage for 930pm. Called reception again at 940pm to follow-up the therapist but the reception told me I have no booking. They have no available therapist then so I need to wait at 10pm. Stayed at room 303 which has 2 beds. The bed farther from the window is noisy. It has a weird sound everytime you'll move. The lighting at the cr meanwhile is dim. Hotel has a potential. I wish they could improve on those areas I highlighted.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by their very courteous staff. Because it was a Sunday the hotel had free cocktails with appetizers in the afternoon but only for 30 minutes, so don’t be late. Our room had an awesome view of the sea, clean and tastefully decorated. They prepared a filling packed breakfast for us for our early morning island hopping tour. Breakfast buffet was delightful. Happy hour was also an exciting part of our stay. It starts at 3pm to 7pm everyday. This is the best place I can be! Beach front drinking piña colada etc.!

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Panglao it's located in the quiter side of Alona Beach so the beach front view is tranquil, away from the crowd near Hennan. The service is quite good, very courteous staff and always willing to help even when booking a trike to get around the island. The room itself is spacious and modern with a touch of Filipino heritage. The only thing I did not like was that the shower head was not working well, and I needed to keep my finger pushed on the button to make sure the water kept flowing from the shower. The quality of the toiletries could be improved as well.

Location and amenities are very good. Very clean and exceptional customer service. The swimming pool is a plus especially if it's too hot to go to the beach. Good internet connection that my niece and nephew were able to take their online exams while on family vacation.

I tried wrtiting my disapppinting reviews detailing my experiences in this hotel the other day but even if there were no profanities in it, the system did not accept it. I always treat my siblings in Panglao. This year, our Revenge Travel, I booked rooms. I stayed alone in one of the rooms and the rest to their rooms by family. In terms of accessibility, it's not ok Our accommodation when we checked in was impressive, there's welcome drinks and cocktails. Impressed that I was planning to bring some of my productive staff and siblings again by August. But that was it for what they did the following day totally wrecked it. It's really hard to sustain what is not organic. No thanks. I will not be booking again in this hotel.

I love this hotel. Staff are well trained and they are all very accommodating. Location is very good. Our room with direct pool access is the best! Breakfast is okay and if you have an early seatour or flight, they can even make it to go.

The hotel was great and located perfectly along the beach of Alona. Our kids enjoyed the pool as we had in-room massage service. Their birthday treat was the sweetest as my daughter and husband enjoyed it. Free PM snack and cocktails were also offered during the weekend. The hotel teams were also helpful, especially the guard at the beach area, Evelyn, the housekeeper, Vince the waiter, and everybody else. It was a great experience overall!
