Location was good, right in the beach area. Pool was nice and the staff were helpful and courteous. Wifi was a bit weak in the rooms farther in. Note that rooms with 2 floors had a staircase that will be a bit of a challenge for people with mobility issues. the Steps were far apart that you have to be really careful using it. Washrooms are on the first floor Overall, the place was good value and comfortable. Will stay there again.

We stayed a week at Pyramid and truly enjoyed our stay. Nice room on the beach, great staff and nice pool. Restaurant was good however I didn't enjoy their Buffet dinner. That is the only negative. I would recommend and stay there again.

The Pyramid beach resort is a mid range hotel in Alona Beach the rooms are quite spacious but there was one problem with the room I was booked into which was that it was on 2 levels downstairs was a lounge and toilet / shower and storeage for your clothes and things and up a very steep wooden staircase was the bedroom which only had a large bed that was very comfortable and a flat screen tv and the air conditioning unit. So if you wanted to watch tv you had to go upstairs and lay on the bed if you wanted a shower or the toilet during the night you had to risk the wooden staircase the aircon unit did not cool the downstairs lounge that well so you came out of the shower into a warm room to change your clothes. I did get used to it but it was not a very good idea I would have

A staple on Alona Beach, this resort bar allows on to grab a bar stool to enjoy the busy beach activity. Friendly and efficient bartender and a cold beer for php 79. Comfy food also available at reasonable prices. Rustic and refreshing spot

Place is quiet and easy to get to. Room was good, except the fact that it was two story and has a staircase that is really steep and actually dangerous for a person of senior years. location was good, staff were just okay (and hard to find at times), and the food (buffet style) was the same everyday. Breakfast was good. There are of course other restaurants and bars that one can go to (which we did) to buy food and enjoy a drink. Chance of us going back is very minimal

I think this is one of the best beach resort hotels I've stayed at in the Philippines. We arrived at the hotel early and was given somewhere to store our bags and vouchers for a drink. We kind of needed a drink to calm the nerves after the driver had picked us up from the airport. Our room was a two storey room overlooking the pool, rooms were very clean. Pool area was spotless, there wasnt many places to sit by the pool but as the room is a stones throw away that was not an issue. The beach was also a 30 second walk from our room. A lot of people gave good reviews about the all you can eat BBQ, we had this the last night but I was very disappointed as the chicken was pink inside and not cooked. We did eat during the day by the beach and the food was great. So maybe it was a

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every moment. We had room 1 which was a 2 storey place with a balcony overlooking the sea.....idyllic! The room was spotlessly clean, in fact the entire grounds and pool were clean and well cared for. We loved the pool as it had no shallow end and as a result remained free of children allowing for some peaceful R&R between dips. The resort does an all you can eat bbq buffet every evening which is a great deal and worth doing once if not more. There is a lot of activity nearby including shops, bars and a great fruit juice stall just round the corner. Easy to arrange day trips and other activities - would definitely return if we go to Bohol again!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything is perfect. From the accommodating staffs, hotel’s cleanliness, location, etc. We also enjoyed the sumptuous barbecue buffet! Though I think some of the facilities can still be improved like the shower head but i think it is not a big deal. Plus, they do have highchair for my toddler. Thank you so much for everything and for the birthday surprise for my husband!

I emailed in advance to get picked up from the ferry from Siquijor directly to the hotel (500 pesos). We arrived at the port in Tagbilaran and waited 20 minutes for someone from the resort. No one every came. So we took a tricylce to Pyramid. When we were checking in the front desk person asked why we didn't take the boat we requested to Pyramid. I told her no one showed up form Pyramid. She said the man was there waiting for us. If he was he must have been hiding somewhere because after waiting 20 minutes we were the only ones still left at the dock looking for transportation. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. The swimming pool was nice as well.

Stayed here for 4 days in August 2018. The resort is in a great location but be aware the location is busy with lots of people walking around, eating, drinking, etc. If you want a quiet peaceful area then this area of Panglao beach is not it. We don't mind it and actually like the liveliness of the area specially at night. Here are some of my reviews: The good stuff: Staff are polite, professional, accommodating and friendly. Checking in and out is a breeze. If you have any issues with your room, they take care of it right away. The "huts" are very unique compared to a hotel room. You basically have your own two story house. It is very charming and unique. They have a locking safe. They have free hot water and coffee/tea in the first floor. The 2nd floor balcony is very
