Detailed Reviews
My friend and I stayed in separate rooms for the first night and in one room for the second night. When my friend left the first room, they told her she had removed an ashtray and that there was mango juice on one of the towels so they would charge her 100 pesos for the towel and also for the ashtray. She refused to pay as she is a non smoker and there was never any ashtray in the place, and fruit juice comes out with ordinary washing. The pool was covered with a green net, but was clean. The rooms were clean, but very ordinary and there was a rooster next to our suite who was annoying, The food was forgetable, but there was no place else to eat. Notice that the restaurant did not have a lot of customers:-) We went to get our free breakfast, but had to wait 30 minutes for service and we were the only customers in the room:-) Lovely people that we met there though, and was quite restful before the rooster started crowing.

Room Tip: Book early. We came here as a last minute decision and that is not a good idea when summer...

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in December 2014.
Room: The room is ok, clean enough with basic facilities. Each room has it's own gated parking space. Breakfast is decent.
Resort Facilities: Never used the pool nor ate at their restaurant so cannot comment on that. But we did not notice anybody using the pool when we stayed there.
Service: Staff were ok and friendly, but some tends to be slow and it seems they have to ask for somebody's permission first before they can decide or act on anything. We asked for something (I kinda forgot what because it was something trivial) but I think it was a small bottle of water we that thought was for free - and the lady who delivered it said she will check first otherwise that might be deducted from her salary. Go figure.
The worst part. I was stung by a wasp/bee when I opened the window of our room. There were quite a few lurking by the bougainvillea outside our window. My partner applied first aid but my hand got really swollen so we went to the hospital the next day. We spent the whole morning in the emergency room and spent a considerable amount of money. Somebody informed us that we should ask the hotel to shoulder our medical bill since they have been irresponsible in taking care of their grounds and failed to ensure the safety of their guests.
Since we arrived back late at night at the hotel and we had to check out very early the following morning, we informed the reception about our situation.
After some follow-up through relatives, we received an email from the hotel inviting us or our family (if we are already out of the country) to dine at their Cafe Juanita with a special voucher of 20% discount! Hah! Mind you it is not even a free meal - just a discount!
We replied to them that this offer will not suffice and we find it insulting. We are still waiting for a response from them until now.

So I went here today to reserve rooms for our upcoming wedding preparations, I was hoping to do it here as it was near my church. And instead of welcoming my business, the reservations officer Bevs says they can only give me rooms if my wedding reception will be held there too, but infairness to her she still showed me their available deluxe room. It was dirty and ill maintained. I wouldnt have booked it anyway. So I was about to go I unfortunately forgot how to get to where I parked. She said she will assist me but took me to the gate and asked me to get a tricycle. I said I have a car so she pointed to me where the parking was so I walked around the compound her seeing me each round. No courtesy at all to point me to the right direction she just stared. I asked her again and she just points, good thing i saw one of their waiters who helped me. I am upset and will never go back here ever again. All other staff were friendly, but bevs, their policies and the rooms ruined it for me. Will not recommend, look some place else

We had a family room which was pretty spacious. Standard amenities but with mini jacuzzi. The room was situated at the back of the villas. Pool was clean and private. Food was great! One of the best in antipolo, specially if you are bringing the oldies (i would say, patok talaga sa kanila ang mga food choices) they have this event center which was at the far end of the place. Security was good. Overall, it was a great party place for small - big events. Great place to stay. Great food.
