Enjoy your stay in Antipolo City!
I guess the only thing going for this hotel is an expansive view of Manila's skyline from the uplands of Antipolo. But the rooms here need updating, and the same goes for the food and service. I guess the place would still be good, though, for quick family getaways in Antipolo.
The villa is well appropriated, with numerous pools to accommodate kids and adults of various ages. The place gets packed in the summer so book early. There is a restaurant that serves above average breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned and well-kept, with generally clean and functional toilets and showers. There is a gym and a wellness center that offers body massage. Great fun for the family! There is free wifi but the signal was dismal in the upper rooms.
Another first in my travel experiences is our visit at the Cristina Villas Mountain Hotel & Resort in Antipolo City, Rizal. This resort up the hill is a huge facility that offers more than five (5) swimming pools for children and adults. The facility also have a gym, spa and a team building facility. When we were there, we used the function hall at the first floor for our event. The function hall is overlooking the beautiful skyscrapers of Metro Manila. The beautiful scenery will be more appreciated during the evening when the lights of the metropolis are all lighted in different gem-like colors. Even though the rooms in the hotel are small, which is only good for a maximum of two (2) beds: one (1) single bed and one (1) matrimonial bed, some of it have the beautiful view of the metropolis. Now, on the food part, the resort offers authentic Filipino dishes that everyone will love. The personnel are also hospitable and great. A nice place to stay for vacation and enjoy the pool and view.…
The place is located on a mountainside of Antipolo that gives you the whole Manila Cityscapes. Swimming pools are good but the whole resort needs cleaning especially in the upper parts, infinity pool, and the zip line area.
Positive: several pools for adults and kids Nice view from the room Negative Old and Dark rooms and hallways. Issues with cleanliness, found our cr and closet still with traces of hair from previous guests Sound proofing, heard sounds and footsteps of other guests even when we are inside our room No restaurant for dinner Wifi only at the lobby expensive. paid 4500 for a family room. family room is only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. hardly for an average size Filipino family. For less than 4500 i can get a very good room from a mid range hotel on Makati Customer service officer, the chubby one, should not be placed at the front desk unless trained to have good customer service skills. Kept on arguing with clients Felt that they made me a favor to accept us in the resort. told us bakit parang ang dami nyo before we checked in woth the connotation that they are in doubt that we are all covered with our payment. Felt degrading indeed. Had to explain that we booked a family room. sister just paid for day tour and will be paying additional for my parents. made us felt that we dont have the capacity to pay. then when my key is not yet ready because the first room has issue with the hot and cold shower and joked that she should allow me for a late checkout because its almost 3pm and i still dont have my key she immediately said di pwede kasi 2:30 naman daw ako dumating. If its a policy she should have told it in a nicer way. Big hotels allow late checkout subject to availability. Really its my first time to be treated that way. Had i not paid for 9k for 2 nights and my kids are all excited i would have left the resort right away. Better train that laid for courtesy and manners. Go to other resorts instead. Such a waste of money …
The resort is big, has 5 pools (2 kiddie pools and 3 adult pools usually 4-5ft deep). Went here for a day swim only, and we enjoyed a lot! There are lots of life guards so the drowning worry is less, just that it is sometimes awkward that they are looking at you while you're taking instagrammable poses haha :)) There is only one store inside the resort that sells quite everything you'll be needing during the stay. I just didn't liked their service, the two girls there are very slow to move. Halo halo and a hotdog on stick took too much time for them to prepare. The pools are already cleaned when we arrived. The whole resort is clean except that there are some areas that they are doing their maintenance or they're expanding, making new spots. There are many spots there where you can rest, I mean the open view deck with bench, the open cottages beside some pods, there are cutie hanged benches. The design is very good! There is chapel inside, a gym, and a bar. Liked it! Fresh and relaxing. Kid-friendly! Nice resort!…
Well I've been there twice already, so far so good. I just didn't like how high it was, I mean if you're with the person with disability it will be inconvenient for them bcos of lots of stairs. But the staff was actually really nice. They helped us a lot when we arrived and when we were about to leave. Just a tip: bring your own grilling materials bcos they do have there but not that clean. The pools are nice as well. I wish their zip line works though bcos it will be more fun to try. This place is for family and friends so I don't mind coming back here again and plus it's quite cheap. ☺
Had nothing but good experience here, aside from the negligable maintenance spots while we were there. There is one thing that I disliked, one staff (a pool boy) does not know how to answer inquiries politely.
We were looking for a place to stay for a special event, checking out every hotel/resort in the area until we were at the top ( this place is at the top ha ha ha), when we visited the location, the area was a "steal", you couldn't resist reserving a room! The suite was our reserved room - it was a big room with a balcony! The rooms design is class A, T/B was squeaky clean - you can even sleep in the place. Breakfast was sumptuous. Pool for the "kids" was great! Staffs are very courteous and friendly. Place is "highly" recommended" for those who will stay here in Antipolo!
We had so many ch fun swimming with my high school friends a reunon should i say rates is around 150 for a day but its a crowded place maybe its weekend that's why staff were so accommodating..rate for a day is around 150-200
