Well I've been there twice already, so far so good. I just didn't like how high it was, I mean if you're with the person with disability it will be inconvenient for them bcos of lots of stairs. But the staff was actually really nice. They helped us a lot when we arrived and when we were about to leave....

Had nothing but good experience here, aside from the negligable maintenance spots while we were there. There is one thing that I disliked, one staff (a pool boy) does not know how to answer inquiries politely.

We went there during the weekends of a low season just to unwind and relax. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. The place offers a lot of activities, one can enjoy the swimming pools (I think there are 4-5 pools), sing your hearts out in the videoke, try the zip line, have a massage, stay fit in the gym or...

We stayed in the hotel during the low-peak season, so we got discounted rates for the hotel. The hotel room was perfect! I think it was just recently renovated. They have a lot of freebies (because it's off season), we got free massage and free breakfast for 2, and late check-out for free. The staffs are really friendly and accommodating....
