This has been the worst place I've ever been. They denied us breakfast because apparently you can't eat "Filipino breakfast" if it's past 10AM and they said their Persian boss will get mad if he sees us. Another no hot shower and no blanket. Want my advice never go here!
The pictures of this resort are very deceiving. The place looks old and outdated in real life. The Large suite that we booked was so expensive but so not worth it. I could have spent the same amount of money on a nicer hotel with a pool. The Large Suite is just a room inside what looks like a house. And this is located at the farthest end of the resort which is really far from the pools. And our room was on the 2nd floor. The resort itself is like sitting on the side of a hill so wherever you go you gotta climb up or down so many flights of stairs...so tiring! The breakfast that comes with the roomis not that good, you get a choice of Bangus, longganisa or hotdog (very small portion). And there's no phone in the room to call for room service which sucks considering our room was very far from the receptionist. It was hard to call for help. This place is more stressful than relaxing. Waste of money.…
Room is below standard considering it is a junior suite. What kind of hotel resort does not have room service? The night duty receptionist, Christian is so dazed I think he may be on drugs or just too stupid to be left there to handle customers. He doesn’t even know until what time we can order food and it was just 8pm and thought the kitchen was already closed.
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, from the attendants, up to the manager and most especially the owner. Food was great. Rooms are very cozy owing to the wall design and overall structure. The size of the pool was enough for us to move around. There is definitely value for money 😊
Pros: The environment is quiet and close to nature. The people are friendly and helpful, they never fail to satisfy you. Cons: The facilities are not maintained. I was shocked when I checked into the room and the floor was not clean, and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was no internet, telephone, kettle, bottled water, and toilet paper provided in the room. The fridge was unplugged. You need to walk all the way to the front desk to buy bottled water or order food. Breakfast was rice and sausage, with drinking water (which you need to refill yourself) There was Uber around which you can board on. I would expect more for a stay costs USD 82/night
My family and I decided to stay here for a short staycation since it's near our place and is really affordable. We loved that the pool was just right infront of our room. The room was nice. Enough space and has 2nd floor where there are 2 beds. It was also nice that there was a space infront of our roo. Where we set up the table so we can eat there. The view was also nice. It was worth it and fun! Will def. Go back 😊💕
we booked 2 rooms and we didn't that the the 2nd floor was very steep to climb because there was no elevator nor escalator. we were 12 all in all so we booked 2 rooms. we had3 senior citizens and the 2 seniors' room was in the 2nd floor and the other senior was at the ground floor. the 2 seniors had had a very bad experience climbing the very steep stairs of the place. they don't have a telephone to request for a room service. the levels were super gound floor, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. they should be more specific with the levels. when we requested for a water, they just said they can refill our water bottles. hello?? dont they have a pitcher and a glass?? please....
The Resort in general was okay... foods, rooms, facilities, etc were all okay, they passed the regular standard. Wifi signal was poor. Pools were clean. The Resort Personnel - From the Guard at the entrance gate to the Guest Officers, Food Servers, Room Attendants were noticeably accommodating and hospitable. Thanks
We went to this resort for our business planning. We really got sold by its website, which shows a new, serene resort. When we got here, however, what we found is an old, unkept resort with dirty and broken toilets, dirty swimming pools, cracked paints, and old facilities. Wifi is bad, so is pretty much everything else. We also bought pre-ordered meals, which they got mixed up with someone else. Oh! And food is really bad. The are surrounding the resort does not help as well. The only thing they have going for them is their warm and humbe staff.
My family went there for a quick getaway to the hustle and bustle in the city. We went to Femar garden resort first-- unfortunately, it is very crowded. My brother said there's another resort uphill after Femar Resort. So we went there and voila, it is for real... We thought that it is a private conference area however much to our surprise it is well maintained and clean. Maybe because it is not out in the open. The entrance is not that high, it is worth your money. The swimming pools are clean and very much refreshing. The cottages are not that pricey. The best thing here is, it is not that noisy unlike in Femar, wherein we can see from up above our place (because it is uphill) that the people are standing up due to lack of cottages to bunk their things. Imagine our position wherein we have the place all to ourselves while below us we saw people sharing cottages just to appease their thirst for a plunge in the pool. The ambience is relaxing and calming.…
