Heart stopping experience going up the 360 viewing deck. Ang generally the view is good. Plus you can order food here in case you get hungry from having fun. Finally, they have antique stuffs you can check and be amazed from various cultures. This was rated by Alex the Media Guy. #FrenxiesMedia #FrenxiesTravels #Nworld #AlexMediaGuy #FrenxiesNewsWire

Can reach before Antipolo church, but if not familiar better start from the church and pay about 40pesos. Here can view the Metro manila area but of course need to cross the hanging bridge and face your fear of heights. I suggest go here at night.

I enjoyed the view of Metro Manila from up there. To get to the top one needs to traverse a hanging bridge to get there. Not for the acrophobic. But there's another option for the less adventurous. An Instagramable place...

This hotel is old and we stayed in Suit 5 . Spacious
Bad cleaning service.
Shower leaking all over the floor of jacuzzi
Electrical outlet sparked fire.
The toilet seat was fixed after we reported it.
Faucets are broken .
Coffee Thermos the dirtiest we’ve ever seen .
Windows looking out was the dirtiest.
Restaurant food was not good except for certain meals.
Free breakfast everyday is the same menu.
Why did we stay ? There were no other choices because the other hotel we wanted was booked.
Check all of the above before staying here.

This place is worth a visit.! We enjoyed the over looking view of the mountains and city from the top while eating our favorite Filipino foods from their restaurants. The hanging bridge is definitely one of the things that everyone must try. ☺️

Outstanding view and service. Waiters were very helpful and accommodating. We were a large group and they made sure our orders came in as ordered and with the least smount of wsiting time. The view from the deck will keep you busy while waiting for your order.

I enjoyed the view here! One of the best restaurant to hang out... Very relaxing and far from stress. Staff are too attentive. Forget to get their contact details for future celebrations. At my age, i will really prefer this type of ambiance

it was our first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary with the kids to a hotel, it was a gift, i was given a gc with a deluxe room that says free breakfast buffet for 4, so i was so excited with the buffet, upon arrival to the hotel i presented the gc and confirmed my reservation the front desk who assisted me told me that the room is ready it was around 1:30pm and the check in time is 2pm so it was a plus that the room is ready, and told us that it comes with free breakfast for 2, so i asked her y for 2?it was clearly stated that it was free breakfast for 4, the frontdesk told me she's not sure, so i let it passed since we're excited to see the room and the kids are excited to swim, the room attendant was nice, he assisted us with our luggage. The room is big it has 3 beds (2 double and 1 single),though there's still alot of things to fixed like aircon, door knob (cr), broken lampshades, still manageable since we jst wanted a nice vacation away from home..The outdoor pool is also huge but some outsiders are using it, they doesn't look like a guests but we don't have an issue with that the surroundings need a lot of cleaning and total renovation, i love the place it has everything the environment, the historical pictures and stuffs, it was awesome it feels like your on a different place...until...the next day i call the frontdesk early in the morning to ask for cold water and what time is the buffet, so to my surprise it was not a buffet but jst a set of meals with few varieties,so i asked is this good for 4 persons since it's stated in the gc, the frontdesk told me no mam ur accomodation package includes jst a breakfast for 2, it was okay with me i can pay extra for my kids but the thing is i just wanted to know why are they giving false informations or advertisements, esp. with gc's they shouldn't include that because it will only pissed off heir customers, and the front desk the way she talked is just so RUDE! it was early in the morning, she didn't even bother to apologized about it instead she provoked me with her words, i told her i'm going to post all this to tripadvisor and told me sure, cge po mam kau po bhala,,wtf? what a customer service! seems that she's not enjoying her job, i've been in a customer service industry for 11 years, i'm so patient but with her she jst ruined my day and all the rest.so i'm going to post the picture of the dead roach that seems to live there forever, that's what u want right? good thing one of the staff/frontdesk call me and told me that the breakfast is good for all of us...the prices on their menu is also OVER RATED maybe becoz almost 90% of the customers during night times are foreigner, nothing special about the taste, not even outstanding but the price is like triple the usual amount from some other famous restaurant, but i'm happy with the service of the dining staff i even gave her a tip for assisting us, other than that it was a POOR MANAGEMENT!

Response from cloud9antipolo, oic at Cloud 9 Hotel Resort
Responded Jan 16, 2014
I am writing with reference to the complaint above, reviewed January 7, 2012 First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience and distress created by our Front desk. We take great care to ensure that important matters such as like this, are properly managed, In fact the front desk was made to resign. Our Policy is: “SERVICE ABOVE SELF”. Although we are on top of Antipolo Mountains, we made our environment green-a small forest such as environment makes us habitat of insects, which made as suspects that the featured insect is a moth, as shown tested below is physically different. But MOTH and Cockroaches is really outrageous as it had happened, we regret that it was quiet the chance to enter the room. We apologize as the standard has clearly not been met, we truly apologize. Yours sincerely, Ma. Cecilia Brillante Cloud 9- OIC

This was the worst restaurant service I encountered in my entire life, and I mean it. If I am the owner, I should have shut it down instead.
We arrived at 7pm on a Mothers Day. Since waiters seems very busy, we tried to look for our own seats instead. We asked for the menu. It took us five follow-ups for a piece of menu alone until one of our friends gave-up and went on the counter to get it.
It took us another hour before a waiter took our order (Just imagine how many times we plead to waiters to take our orders). We only ordered three viand, rice and iced tea for five people and a pitcher of water.
The iced tea arrived at 10pm. The waiter then told us that one viand is no longer on stock. We're like, "the hell? Why didn't you tell us an hour ago?". The waiter pretended as if he didn't heard anything and insisting we order the sisig. We told him "One of our ordered viand is sisig so you want us to order another one? Can we have the menu instead?" We haven't finished our sentence yet but he already skipped to another ranting customer on the other cottage. No menu was given to us so we settled on two viands and we really are starving.
Our food arrived at 11pm, except for the pitcher of water. So it was served to us 10 minutes after we finish eating.
The Food? OVER PRICED AND ORDINARY. EDIBLE BUT NOT GREAT.
Not only that, asking for a bill is like forever. We heard customers from three separate tables ranting for food so we decided to ask the bill ourselves. So much negative vibes on the place already.
Take note, they're charging us for the unserved viand and the service charge.. I mean, seriously?
I SWEAR I WILL NOT GET BACK IN HERE ANYMORE.

It was my first time to go to Antipolo with a special someone so I decided to bring her to Cloud9 since I have heard its a romantic place to go to. The view was amazing but is that all that they have to offer? The journey to get there was quite hard because the instructions given by the front desk was not really clear. When we got there, we had to check different room types. First that we checked was the celeste rooms, cheapest among all the choices. It was located in a very old building, scary. So we decided to choose another one. We got a deluxe suite for Php2100. It was ok but not great. The TV is small, few cable channels, situated in the farther area of the room which for me is not good. I can hardly see the shows. The rooms even the hotel itself was not very well maintained. It looks old and abandoned. Even the pool area, you have to walk a thousand miles (comparison to how far it is) before you can swim. The food at the restaurant have fancy prices but not so good. In totality, only the view is the thing that you will look forward to this hotel. Nothing else.

Prices can vary based on the room or suites you’re going to stay at. Usually price starts at 3,000 that is good for 2, maximum of four per night. Best is to contact them directly for the best options you can accomodate.
