Bad cleaning service.
Shower leaking all over the floor of jacuzzi
Electrical outlet sparked fire.
The toilet seat was fixed after we reported it.
Faucets are broken .
Coffee Thermos the dirtiest we’ve ever seen .
Windows looking out was the dirtiest.
Restaurant food was not good except for certain meals.
Free breakfast everyday is the same menu.
Why did we stay ? There were no other choices because the other hotel we wanted was booked.
Check all of the above before staying here.
We arrived at 7pm on a Mothers Day. Since waiters seems very busy, we tried to look for our own seats instead. We asked for the menu. It took us five follow-ups for a piece of menu alone until one of our friends gave-up and went on the counter to get it.
It took us another hour before a waiter took our order (Just imagine how many times we plead to waiters to take our orders). We only ordered three viand, rice and iced tea for five people and a pitcher of water.
The iced tea arrived at 10pm. The waiter then told us that one viand is no longer on stock. We're like, "the hell? Why didn't you tell us an hour ago?". The waiter pretended as if he didn't heard anything and insisting we order the sisig. We told him "One of our ordered viand is sisig so you want us to order another one? Can we have the menu instead?" We haven't finished our sentence yet but he already skipped to another ranting customer on the other cottage. No menu was given to us so we settled on two viands and we really are starving.
Our food arrived at 11pm, except for the pitcher of water. So it was served to us 10 minutes after we finish eating.
The Food? OVER PRICED AND ORDINARY. EDIBLE BUT NOT GREAT.
Not only that, asking for a bill is like forever. We heard customers from three separate tables ranting for food so we decided to ask the bill ourselves. So much negative vibes on the place already.
Take note, they're charging us for the unserved viand and the service charge.. I mean, seriously?
I SWEAR I WILL NOT GET BACK IN HERE ANYMORE.
