We stayed in their Premium Mykono Suite for around 19k per night and it was the worst experience. Their Suite: 1. Ugly 2. Smelly pillows 3. Smelly blankets 4. We hear a lot of rats in the ceiling at night Their Food: 1. Taste bad 2. Overpriced Better to order outside instead. Their Service (the worst): 1. Unfriendly, greets you with "Mabuhay" but doesn't make you feel welcome. They treat foreigners better. 2. Doesn't explain directions properly, just point to a direction and does not give you details. 3. Did not offer any help to my wife and kids with their luggages while going up the stairs
We got the economy room for 2 nights, booked it in their website. The room was clean and sanitized, but a bit small for its price. Wifi is available and fast at that time, but only limited at the Gardens. Room amenities was okay, but really mediocre. The grounds though was really big, and it has 2-3 big pools (1 though wasn't that clean) You also has access to the neighboring Loreland Resort, which also has 3-4 pools (great for family and friends) The Verde restaurant is the main restaurant, which is a 5-7 minute walk from the Garden Suites. Food is okay, but not that great. Hope they can improve it more. Booking in the Garden Suites does not give you access to the Hanging Gardens. A lot good views though from the resort alone, a lot of plants and trees surrounding the resort. If you love plants and trees, you will love this place.…
Worst service ever! We spent 7k for massage and a room. It's extremely small for 2,600 pesos. No one told us that the package we got does not include hanging gardens. When we checked in it's okay to see the hanging gardens the next morning we need to pay 1k each just to see the hanging gardens we had the full body massage worth 5k Food is overpriced too Service people are not accommodating yet we still provided 100 pesos tip each. The email stated DAY TOUR is provided it did not say hanging gardens is not part of it
5 things we love about Luljetta’s ♥️ 1. With the current pandemic, we felt safe all the time. Minimum health protocols are strictly implemented. 2. Relaxing ambiance 3. Great service by the whole staff - kudos and special mention to Roselle. 4. Rejuvenating after work massage service. 5. Conveniently located near NCR
Coronavirus had me cooped up for almost a year. The pandemic has prevented traveling but my son gave me a wonderful birthday gift: 2D/1N Work From Anywhere Pass at Lujetta’s Place Garden Suites, which was just the perfect getaway from the city. It was approximately an hour drive away from Manila (I left at 5:30AM). The Pass’ package included a 6AM/6PM check in/check out time, which enabled me to explore the grounds and enjoy the facilities tremendously! There were sooo many pools to dip into + a fish spa that tickled the dead skin of my feet. Oh, there was a pool or two I enjoyed all to myself (benefits of traveling during the pandemic!). Lunch, dinner and next day breakfast were included in the package so no worries for food expense. The meals were good, and the servings were quite generous. My day ended with a soothing massage (yes! still part of the package). My room was a bit small, but I didn’t mind as long as the basics were there-clean, comfy bed; air-conditioner and water heater that function properly; complimentary coffee and tea with a kettle to heat the water from; a mini ref to stash my midnight snack. So, I was good! Besides, there was so much area to discover so why I bother staying in my room, except to sleep and shower? Almost forgot to mention that the Pass also allowed me to explore and relish the neighboring resort, which is part of their 14 hectare property. Too bad I didn’t get to do much work done as I was busy being caressed by Nature’s loving embrace in this splendid place!…
When you book a room worth 6,000 pesos per night, you would expect a clean, comfortable, and well maintained room. But with Luljetta, that wasnt the case. The rooms were of low quality. And with that price, you'd expect that maybe, the reason why it's priced like that is because of the hanging gardens. But no, to access that, you'd still need to pay 1400 PER HEAD. To give more details: The room was so small. The paintings on the walls were chipped. The aircondition was directly facing the bed, and since the room was only 12sqm, you can imagine how CLOSE that was. The bathroom looks like the have rooms and amenities waaaay better than this one. Something that could even offer you a breakfast buffet (this one wouldnt). Oh, one good thing - the staff were friendly and very accommodating.…
I didn't have much expectations, so I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful and beautiful the place was. Staff are patient, friendly and accommodating. The place is housed within the Loreland Farm Resort property, and is somewhat considered the 'luxe' area. It is not uncommon to see pre-nup photo shoots here, as almost every turn and corner is IG worthy. We were housed in the Mykonos villa, with a temperature controlled infinity pool, perfect for all-night swimming. The beds are huge, and rooms came with complete toiletries, towels and robes. I would love to return and enjoy the friendly service and calm atmosphere of the place.
first of all, the contact numbers on their website does not seem to be working so we just paid online for the booking. and informed them through email. upon arriving, we had a problem with the room due to lack of communication. one of their receptionists named DOM told us that there are NO AVAILABLE COUNCILOR rooms. but upon insisting that they fixed the problem partly due to lack of communication, ALL OF A SUDDEN they had these rooms available. and not only one but a few available rooms to choose from. Stayed in the Councilor room for a night and there are dogs barking all the time. Room is simple, a bit clean and nothing close to luxurious. Cheap, simple Ariston heater. Cheap HCG bathroom fixtures. Cheap TV Cheap but almost decent. The thing that's not cheap are the room rates. there is mildew in the bathroom shower curtains, missing tiles on the floor (See Pictures) some of the staff were trained to be courteous to guests. As for the whole place, it is a mix of NICE and POORLY MAINTAINED. There is a garden with nice tents and nice grass and a Koi pond. but in many areas the grass seem to be dying due to lack of maintenance. they did try to show an image of luxury that's peaceful and tranquil but you cannot expect too much because beside their place, just a few meters away are hollow block houses with NOISY DOGS that bark all night. so instead they tried to cover this with a bamboo wall but it's still not enough. their steel railings are VERY RUSTY and severely damaged. they have ceiling nets to catch the leaves but they don't seem to clean them too often. Their place may not be the most expensive but I think they still do not put enough effort to maintain the place. They have nice videos of the place BUT THE ACTUAL WILL ALWAYS DIFFER.…
We booked for a 2 nights stay in Senators Suite and Councilor Studio. The amenities are good (better than expected) and staff were very helpful and accomodating. However, our room was cleaned up inly when we complained already at around 5pm. This is despite several follow ups made where they agreed to clean it at 1pm then 230pm, but no one came. We also have to monitor them while cleaning since it seems they don’t know what to do. They clean the bathroom without taking the garbage out and refilling toiletries. They also forgot to wash the used dishes. We stull need to remind or request it from them. The place was accessible to pwd but you need to “demand” any sr citizen or pwd discount on the rooms before full payment. I did inform them that we have a senior and pwd during my reservation but it did not suffice. They only reconsider to give us GC equivalent to the discount after the housekeeping incident. …
Booked for an overnight stay at Luljetta's place plus the comfort spa package. First impression Luljetta's hanging garden was good and looks well maintained. We enjoyed the Dr. Fish and jacuzzi. The infinity pool was a bit cold for our taste so we didn't hang around there much. The lunch that was included in our package were ok. I felt i was a bit rushed with it though. I was still munching on my mains when they served the dessert. I normally like to take time with food but hey ho. For snack, we were given the suman which i thoroughly enjoyed! It was amazing! We were scheduled for the signature massage that early evening. It was heavenly! I loved every minute of it! Leah, was excellent! She's got the touch. I was absolutely relaxed after that. After dinner, we finally got to our room. I was quite disappointed though. We had the konsehal room. Given it was the cheapest of all the room, i think, but it was too small and quite frankly a bit tatty. There were molds in the ceiling and bugs in the floor. We had atleast 2 cockroaches visited us through the night and 2 more bugs i can't name. My husband ended up with a massive swollen bite in his arm the following morning. The bed wasnt comfortable that my relaxed muscle from the massage that night was short lived. The bedsheet has fluff and just felt old. I was so uncomfortable. It wasn't worth the price we paid. I would recommend Luljetta's only for a day tour spa packages but not the hotel stay. 4 star for the spa package 1 star for the hotel stay…
