Stayed here for a friend's wedding. To say that this hotel is a three star hotel is very misleading, accompanied by the room types listed. I would have expected that paying almost Php 6,000 per night for a 40 sqm "Junior Suite" would have atleast entailed the inclusion of basic amenities such as a mini fridge and blowdryer. We had two small bottles of complimentary water but was able to get additional ones upon request. The room was very clean with basic furniture and fixtures. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets and pillowcases were crumpled, hopefully its because they just came out of the laundry. The sound proofing is the worst - you can literally hear the vehicles passing by and the people dining downstairs with clarity. Best to stay at the highest floor (hopefully that helps eliminate the noise a little bit). The staff tries their best which is great. I think over-all, its overpriced for the product. Best to set realistic expectations when booking.…
I ordered ice mocha latte and roast beef. The roast beef had lots of whole peppercorns. The beef is tender but nothing special. Not sure who eats wholr peppercorns but I don't, so not sure why there's a lot on the plate. Iced mocha was good but not something I will crave and buy again. A little bit pricey for the taste of the food.
Just a quick note to recognize Alberto at Yama! He is truly the best! Every visit he goes above and beyond! He is a standout and makes us feel like we are coming home! The food was amazing as always. Over order, it’s worth it!
We stayed here for the wedding of my cousin. The place is nice and comfortable. They have a wide variety of food for the breakfast and the servers were so accommodating. The only downside is that the room is a bit small and you can hear the male staffs exchanging curse words so I suggest you don't stay with your kids at the lobby. Overall, we enjoy our stay and hope we can stay here again just to relax.
The hotel is well-maintained, it’s clean and the rooms are spacious. The beddings are nice. We had food delivered so I’d say you don’t pay a fee to bring them in. The pool is of average size and it’s fine. The hotel is full of paintings so it’s quite amusing. Staff were courteous. Open-air parking space. We enjoyed staying here.
The hotel was gracious enough to allow me to change the stay dates several times due to the pandemic which I appreciated a lot. The room was small but ok if it was clean. We asked for the extra bed setup several times (since we were a group of 3) before it was setup. No free water was provided until we asked for it. The toilet was small though with water overflowing from the shower to the outside (toilet bowl & toilet sink areas). Breakfast was only good for 2 pax even though we paid extra for the 1 extra bed so I think that the breakfast should be included. Overall, the price was to expensive for me given the service standards the hotel provided.
Geraldo, Alexi, Roger 5-star dinner at the Beach. Best service and atmosphere you could ever dream of. The quality of food was exceptional. The total package for a Romantic Occasion you will never forget!!! “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
We were in Antipolo for a wedding and decided to stay 2 nights. Php 7500 for 2 nights breakfast included. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The facilities need an upgrade and attention to detail. Better cleaning and housekeeping is needed. There are no side tables ( staff sent up a folding plastic table per my request) the desk lamp does not work and the outlet covers pop out. However the ac works, there is hot water for a shower and the elevator works. Basic needs. The real plus is the bistro. The breakfast buffet was really good! The reception folks were also very professional. I think ownership should really pay attention to the facilities and the small details. This will make a difference from a hohum place to a great place.
Our excitement turned into a disapointment. Nobody got our QR codes and we didn’t have our mandatory temperature check. There was no free coffee and regular TV programming isn’t working. It’s not worth the money.
Stayed with my wife and kid for a night and it was an amazing experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the female front desk receptionist. We all enjoyed swimming at the pool and the enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast at their restaurant Gimmo. Roastbeef, Bbq porkloin, Beef karekare were good but my favorite was the Binagoongang Bagnet which was a combination of Crispy pork and very generous serving of Kangkong, It was like having 2 dishes in one order. My wife was also able to continue watching her favorite tv series since their was Netflix in the room and fast wifi internet connection. We wanted to extend for another night but they have been sold out for the last few nights due to Wedding preparations of couples getting married at the Antipolo Cathedral. I was also able to go to Robinsons Antipolo which was around 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Upon departure, check out was very quick and they mananged to return my wife's mobile phone that was left in the room before we could drive out. That would have been a problem for us if we had left it there. So again it was a good job done by the FO receptionist and Housekeeping team.…
