Stayed at Hyatt House for 10 days late January to early February 2020 , from the moment we arrived the place was fantastic , the staff could not be more helpful , professional and friendly. Our room was ready early , which was great after the trip from Oz , the room itself was immaculate, modern and self contained . 2 bathrooms , 2 bedrooms , lounge and dining area and modern kitchen . Nice views of the village and ski area beyond . There is a complimentary shuttle to and from the lifts and a smaller van which dropped us to the station when we left . The Ace Family lift is only a 5 or 6 minute walk anyway . We had a car and there is free parking available onsite . Breakfast was included and was great , and changed daily . We also ate at the restaurant one night and that was also very good. Just outside the main front door and part of the building is a cafe with the best coffee in Niseko . Will definitely stay again .

Everything worked really well for our stay at HH. Some of the highlights - the bus to the gondola each morning and afternoon worked like clockwork (almost too well). It arrived and left precisely on time, so check the bus times and don't be late (we actually had to ski up to the bus on one occasion to stop it). The coffee shop below HH does great coffee which was welcomed each morning. The rooms were in very good condition with great kitchen, bathrooms etc. The heat worked very well and we were able to adjust the temperature in different rooms to suit our fussy family. Enjoyed the views and eash access to restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Very appreciative for the opportunity to experience both the Chatrium Nisseki and its wonderfully scenic surroundings. Staff at the resort were very kind and went out of their way to accommodate any needs we had. The reserved room easily accommodated 4 adults; very spacey, included a conveniently complete kitchen, a fully stocked laundry room, and a second bathroom. The view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking. Checked into the resort during inclement weather; drive from the airport was slow and cautious, but after settling into Chatrium, I quickly was at ease from all the kindness experienced during my stay. Thank you for a happy and memorable experience.

So let's start with the good things : the premises and location are great, and great value for money at this time of year in Niseko. the rest was nightmarish worst service ever experienced
Now for the rest, well everything was a bit of a nightmare to be frank : on check in I was told I booked a room "without a view" ( I have been here before so had booked on purpose the Annupuri side for quietness) and it did deliver on that aspect: two containers and 5 tires was the "no view" of room 215 thank you! it was my birthday and my family is coming all the way from HK and europe so had a meltdown... the best was when when reception forgot or couldn't book a taxi for birthday dinner in a very fancy annupuri sushi restaurant which we almost missed as we were more than 30 minutes left and the restaurant only has a few seats and the chef only cooks for a few that night. we had to resort to going to another property whose staff literally saved the evening by finding us a taxi in 30seconds. next they also tried to charge my family when breakfast was in fact included and prepaid back in may 2019. breakfast itself is an absolute joke... no food after 8.30am, not enough tables. shall I keep going ?
enough said. great property, sort out the service and staff training urgently please ! seriously not up to "Hyatt standards"

This place is pure luxury, staff were very attentive and friendly and accommodating to our needs. Staff went above and beyond by ensuring we all had a great holiday. If we needed to go somewhere slightly out of the way they offered the private shuttle to get us there. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff very helpful and polite. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group ski trip. Many key groceries were provided upon our arrival, such as eggs, milk, bread, and fruit. We didn't expect this and it was a welcome surprise! The suite was also very spacious and comfortable. We did not have any noise trouble though our window did not face the bars and restaurants on the southeast side. The available amenities, like the ski locker storage, boot storage, and complimentary ski shuttle, were hugely helpful. And the location was excellent, easily walkable to the gondola, many food trucks and restaurants, convenience stores, and the gondola. Although I would not say this hotel was cheap, it wasn't as expensive as many of the other options and was very much worth the cost.

Apartment was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed there. Our special request made pre-arrival for an apartment with a bath not just showers, and a view of Yotei, were both accommodated. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for food and drink, albeit a little noisy when folk head home after the bars close. Ski locker room and shuttle all good.

The hotel is close to the main street that leads to the slopes, with easy access to Rhythm where you can rent skis. Restaurants, bars, slopes, everything is accessible by foot, which is super convenient!
The room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and living room. I loved the atmosphere and the interior design.
The staff was very welcoming and available, providing pick up service, food delivery recommendations (during corona time). We were also able to check in early.
I highly recommend the hotel for all kinds of travels.

During our delightful 3-night stay, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect. The hotel has a prime location, providing easy access to nearby ski shops and a lot of dining options. I had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom penthouse room with a beautiful view of Mt. Yotei. My favorite part of the entire stay was having all kitchen supplies readily available so I can cook at home and also the great service/ cleanliness. Thanks for a blast!

Washing machines and dryers are available in our laundry room located on every floor. Washing detergent is provided as well.
Individual washing machines and dryers are also available in our 3 bedroom penthouses.

The brilliant front desk can provide you with many routes to the various slopes. A free shuttle bus is a few steps from the hotel and arrives every 30 minutes for the largest (most populated) slopes. Other alternatives was the hotel can arrange for private drop off and pick up at the slopes that are further and off the free bus routes (which we enjoyed as they were less densely packed). Hope this helps!
1. The second bedroom does have an issue with ventilation, it can be very stuffy with the door closed. 2. In our case it was the coldest season so we did not use the a/c, we didn’t even use their heating as we prefer to be cool when we sleep so we cracked the doors (balcony). This also created a very loud noise with the cross breeze within the unit. 3. Unsure if they offer daily service at an extra cost. However I personally feel that with the amount of money paid to stay in the suite should include daily service. 4. The managers name is Jake McHugh
There is none. But they have some complimentary coffee and bread in a kiosk near reception when we stayed last Feb, 2019
