Very nice accommodation: everything is neat, our room was spacious, the bathroom beautifully decorated. The very tasty meal, enjoyed facing the stove very appreciable in the middle of winter. Always on at breakfast, also delicious with homemade jams (figs, apricot plums), yogurt and homemade goat cheese. The expression "guest house" takes on all its meaning in Youssef. This place is precious.

A very nice Riad, beautifully decorated, cozy, with a very nice little garden behind. Youssef is very welcoming, and goes out of his way to help. The food is remarkable, family cooking simmered and the best breakfast of our stay,. In short a great address.

Staff could not have been friendlier, the room was clean clean clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast (which is included) was absolutely excellent with scrambled eggs and about everything else I can think of with figs and dates and fruits galore.

They will arrange transportation for you from the airport if you ask in advance and you should do it because the taxi drivers fight over you when you come out with your bags and it is not a fun experience.

The HOtel is steps away from the Casbah, in the heart of the old market.

We wished we had been able to stay here for a number of nights rather than the one night. We had to change our timing at Chez Pierre and they recommended we stay here until they could accommodate us the next night. Youssef is very friendly host who will help you in anyway that he can. His hotel is purpose built to which Youssef gave a lot of thought. Our room was a decent size and very clean with a nice view over the garden. Beds were comfortable and it was so quiet we were able to leave our window open. The breakfast was one of the best that we had in our three weeks in Morocco. Morocco tea with mint from his garden. What a great treat. Thanks Youssef for your hospitality.

We've spend only 1 night in this lovely house, just before newyear. The whole group, 7 people agreed that it couldn't be better and had wished to stay longer. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is somptuous and very fresh with juices and eggs and great croissants. Not to speak about the dinner, fingerlicking food! Crispy salads, nice spiced meat and heavenly pastries. All homemade and served with so much love and attention by the host.
If you're scared of passing your stay in a cold and dark guesthouse, well come to the 4 saisons because Youssef the owner designed his own woodstoves and they damn work very well. The whole place is comfy and warm in the deep winter! And in the gorges it can be very cold at night!
Thanks a lot for taking such good care of my friends! I'll come back soon! Caroline

Turned down by Chez Pierre for lack of space, we found a room in Youssef's guest house, and stayed two nights (one longer than planned) to enjoy the wonderful layout of the house, the valley and the mountain ranges. A place not to miss.

Thank you, the hotel was so beautiful and Youssef made the stay so easy and relaxed.
The whole building is built and decorated in the traditional Berber style and as soon as you enter you are overwhelmed at the beauty. Getting up in the morning and having breakfast on the roof with the sun shining and birds singing was the best start to the day. Spent the time exploring the countryside with its many gorges, mountains and views, going to the market and Hamman in the nearest town or just reading my book with a mint tea. This is a hotel that i will be revisiting. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Youssef's lovely house, which he has restored in a traditional Berber style with a lot of love for detail over six years of work. Now it is charming its visitors and makes one want to stay longer. We ended up spending 3 nights there.
In summer, I imagine, it is quite cool in the house (just what you need) and in Winter times Youssef has lit the chimney and heaters for us.
The food was exceptionally good. We had breakfast and dinner and it was always both very tasty and plenty (alas, we often were not able to finish all Youssef had prepared for us).
The landscape is a fantastic geological experience and quite different to other parts of Morocco.
All in all, stay chez Youssef! We can only recommend it.

My husband and I were doing a road trip all over Morocco and stopped by the Dades Gorge area for a quick visit. However, we fell in love with the beautiful surroundings and decided to stay for the night. We were told that Les 4 Saisons du Dades was a good place to stay so we drove by to see if there was any room available. Luckily, there was, and we were so glad to have stayed. Youssef, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. He gave us the room on the top floor of the inn, which is next to the terrace overlooking the valley. The room is very simple, but very clean. We didn't want a heavy dinner so Youssef, with his lovely staff, cooked up a nice soup and a Berber-style omelette with veggies grown in the area. The next morning, he made us a lovely breakfast with delicious and fresh pastries. We were very sad to leave...

Overall, the inn is well situated in the area for hiking, etc. Youssef was super attentative. We really enjoyed the warmth of the place. Merci beaucoup!

This is small business run by a family so you should expect very nice simple local food with high quality and the best quality and flavor.
This is shared with the family house so there are a few rooms with no TV (great!) and very special decoration with adobe brick walls. It has two small dining rooms, a nice garden and a lovely terrace to enjoy the summer nights.
Great enjoying a mint tea in the terrace while the muezzin in the close by mosque was calling for prayer.
Nice family and regards to their small kid!
