If this is not the best hotel on the island I would be surprised. It is quiet (when I was there) and appears to be relaxing. The lobby area is very artist with a great wall (sculpture, collage, whatever) with very comfortable flower shaped chairs....More
Room was large with a nice view facing the Osaka bay. Shower area was good and clean and the bed comfortable. All these are what define Westin brand.
Now, the bad. Service staff speaks very minimal English which is common in Japan but definitely not...More
