This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Kakogawa Station. The building itself is also home to the Kakogawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kakogawa Junior Chamber of Commerce and Industry, making it a social gathering place for people who belong to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition to the hotel's restaurant, there are several convenience stores, taverns, and cafes along the route from the station, so there are no inconveniences in terms of food or groceries.
The size and cleanliness of the guest rooms and other structures are comparable to other business hotels. Bathrooms are similarly small, but they are kept so clean and comfortable that there are few stains, etc. that can no longer be removed due to use by many guests. On the other hand, the key to enter and exit the guest rooms is a metal key, not a card key. The elevators to and from the guestroom floors are also not equipped with dedicated sensors to stop the elevator at the floor to be used. Guests accustomed to the system of entering guest rooms by card key may feel a little uneasy about security.
The most important feature of this hotel is its quietness. Despite its proximity to the train station, you will hardly hear the hustle and bustle of train and car traffic. The air conditioner and refrigerator are also quiet, and you will be able to sleep soundly at night without hearing any unnecessary noise.
The staff's customer service is not overly approachable, but they maintain a moderate distance, and I don't think there is anything in particular to mention.
To reach the hotel, you can take direct limousine bus from Kansai Airport to Kakogawa Station, and you can walk from there. Bus fare cost 3100 Yen. Hotel building is tall in this area, so it can be easily spotted. However, please take note if you're going to Kansai Airport from Kakogawa Station on your way back, you MUST make reservation else you only can purchase ticket if only there are seats available. And, the bus schedule depart from Kakogawa Station before 7am is ONLY available twice. 4:35am and 6:25am ONLY for the bus schedule depart before 7am. So, do not miss the bus if you plan to catch early flight.
Hotel room is very clean and tidy. Totally nothing to complaint about except the air-conditioning fan speed is not flexible like digital temperature. You can only opt for speed 0,1,2,3. Sometimes during the midnight, it tends to super cold even at speed 1 but if you switch to speed 0, you will start to sweat eventually.
Toilet is clean and tidy. They even prepared new toothbrush with toothpaste everyday during house keeping. Not to forget, they provide manual shaver as well.
Breakfast is ok. You can have Japanese style breakfast with rice, soup, and meat. You can also opt for Western style with cereals, hotdog, omelette, breads.
Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They allow check-in early if rooms are available. And, they do speak a little English. So, no worry.
Basically, wifi on each floor is not usable but you can use the LAN cable upon request at the counter. Problem solved! But if you do not bring along a laptop, you can use the pc at lobby or the wifi at lobby.

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant and the lobby. The furnishings, like the smoking policy, are stuck in the 80s.
Its usually very quiet and service is excellent.
