I was really impressed by the thoughtful service of the hotel. We were on a snow boarding trip for 3 guys and 3 girls on a three day weekend which means the hotel will be super busy. And we booked too late. But they offered us two adjoining rooms, one is Japanese room and one with beds, so that we could drink together in Japanese room and sleep separated by gender. They also turned on air conditioners before we checked in so that we could have a warm room soon! That was soooo sweet! I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know🤣

An old style japanese hotel. Try their Japanese style room. We found it very interesting. The sauna facility looks great but we didn’t have much time to explore all their facilities. Food was great especially the Japanese set. And they have a souvenirs shop also.

The hotel is traditional Japanese style with onsen and spacious room with tatami beds. There was a small shop with local souvenirs, though not much choice was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner buffet offered giant whole crabs and a young waiter helped us cutting the crabs with the utensils provided. Onsen was spacious with different Jacuzzi. Diagrams were put on the wall to teach us how to position yourself to get the best out of the jacuzzi.

Room was nice and spacious. Onsen was really good. Food was pretty good. Staff was nice. Only complaint was that smoking was permitted in the lobby and therefore it was unpleasant being in that area. Parking was not a problem but the lot did seem to be at capacity a couple of times. If you don't mind cigarette smoke this place is great. If you do mind you may want to go elsewhere.

Only a little defect. They'd said that they will pick up us from the station, but they didn't. So we went there by taxi. When we arrived at the hotel, everything was very good: warm welcome, wide clean and beautiful room, fresh air. Their breakfast and dinner were ok. The onzens were comfortable. Especially, every staffs have good service mind. They tried to help us everything: told us the directions, help transporting our luggage during we were on the trip. We think this hotel is suitable for someone who'd like to go to Japan Alps.
