Our family goes for summer outing yearly, we went here around year 2010 it was an excellent 2 days 1 night experience. The staffs provided our needs accordingly, the villa’s amenities did not disappoint us, Now I have my own room extended family who also loves exploring the Philippines I told them how amazing this place when we went here wag back 2010, upon searching their contact details I was surprise and saddened of the updated reviews here for this place that I have once known as pristine and relaxing.

I've read so many bad comments about this resort, and I couldn't say more, but the saddest part of it is that, The Management of the Resort doesn't give its full dedication towards renovating the resort, renewal of its staffs and having sessions with them...and that's the MANAGER's Job to know about the faults of this must-maintained place. It's his/her job to know that, take consideration about all the comments here and reflect on how this resort is poorly managed and his/her actions in managing the resort before opening it fully to the market again. The management should take action about this also since they are the ones managing MBBC's websites and they know what's going there. Don't let this resort fall into ruins, it's a worth-keeping resort, stop being so ignorant and inconsiderate. Renew staffs (but keep the hard-working and accomodating ones), be passionate about taking care of the resort, renovate the resort from it's former glory back when it's still one of the beacons in Nasugbu, be responsible and motivate people to go to your resort again. he place is good for swimming clean and almost no rocks ,you can do island hopping and jet ski ,my kids enjoyed fish feeding taking small boat for 1800 like two to three hours ,as for the place has plenty of rooms ,we got duplex good ,but they don't provide towels so better bring yours ,also they have one restaurant and food choices are limited to beef tapa ,fried chicken and sinigang shrimp ,boring if you stay couple of days ,out side near restaurants and supermarket like 20 minutes and either mcdo ,jolibbe,inasal and an Italian pizza place and l bulalao ,so not much choices this make the place good fro two days ,stairs is problem you need to go down with your things and up with them ,not that good for old people.plus you need to pay 430 entrance per day and service charge for each day !?…

We went here after holy week. Just as a walk in. Lucky for us, there wasen't a hugr crowd. Aftet going down what felt like 100 steps to get to the beach along with our bags our food and our babies, the beach was pristine... well cared for, Very clean, Very sandy. Our family enjoyed the day. The water was clear, there were fish around, no trash was in the water. Great day to be out in the sun.

I was here one year ago and I was surprised to see dirty shores, trash everywhere and even the water is now mirky. They have a lot of staff to clean the beach, but they are just there roaming around. I hope the management makes it a priority to clean the beach to save it. GARBAGE IS EVERYWHERE. PLEASE SAVE THIS BEACH!

After 13yrs nakabalik kami para mag outing with my husband's club last April 22-23. Expected ko na maganda na ang place at fully renovated na, kasi ba naman ang tagal na di ba? Pero ...shocks!!! ganon pa din at naging worst pa, ang dumi ng palagid, ang shower area sobrang luma n talaga, isang shower lang ang gumagana. Sana naman bigyan nyo ng pansin, sayang ang place, maganda pa naman ang beach, malinis, yun lang na appreciate ko, In terms sa payment, hindi sulit at hindi worth it ang binayad, sana nag first class hotel n lang kami. At take note, overnight ka na, may bayad ka pa sa entrance fee?!! at ang food na breakfast hindi din masarap, kung baga eh puede na, pero di worth it sa price nila. Haist!!!! sayang, sana gumawa na kayo ng paraan, para balikan kyo ng customer nyo, kasi ang mangyayari lang sa inyo one time lang kayo pupuntahan at HINDI KAYO I RECOMMEND SA IBA! The place is at proper Nasugbu Batangas. We had a teambldg event and total of 20 people w/kids arrived here. We're booked with 2 rooms. Pros and Cons below: PROS: - 1st room: - aircon is 👍 - 4 beds that can accomodate 2 people each, comfy ang bed 2nd room: - aircon is 👍 - 2 beds (the other one is pull up bed) - Little Kitchen - Ref - Dinner table w/4 seats - Mini sala w/ 1 Long chairs and 2 solo chairs - Water in sink and cr are good. Malakas sya. - Veranda where your team can gather. CONS: - Gasul fee is at 700 per use. Wtf! - 1 CR only - When we arrived, we had to bring all our stuff dowm to the accomodation rooms that needs 100 steps to conquer. Kawawa yung may mabibigat na dala lalo na mga senior citizen. Hirap silang umakyat sa matarik at 100 steps na bato para lang makauwi at makalabas nang resort. This place is not ideal for old people, may sakit sa puso, mahina baga, may asthma or even bata kase sobrang nakakapagod umakyat. The resort doesn't have facilities para sa matatanda na makaakyat nang maayos. - There were hidden fees na hindi dinidisclose nang resort sa reservation online. May pa environmental fee pa eh hindi naman well maintained ang place. Jusko! - There's free brekfast included in the accomodation pero naman ang Tapsilog, Tocilog at kung ano ano pang silog ay napaka DRY, walang lasa, konti serving at you can only get it within 7am to 10am. Walang kwenta. - Information people are NOT FRIENDLY, NOT ACCOMODATING. Don't give us the reason na kase maraming tao, eh di ba iyan ang nature nang business nyo? natural summer, maraming tao, sana given na yun. Kung ayaw nyo maraming tao sa business, eh di sana either sarado kayo or sementeryo pinatayo nyo, hindi beach resort. Gets? Summary: ay naku! wag nyo nang subukin pa. Maraming jang magagandang beach sa Nasugbu or Laiya na worth it ang time at effort at money nyo. Wag na dito na tiyak na pagsisisihan nyo. Just had a couple of nights here and the reviews below are all fair - lovely place, now more accessible with the improved roads let down by its owners. All the staff we met were very helpful and the location/beach is great. This is a resort that was right for its time 20-30 years ago but fades badly in comparison with others available today. Reinvest, start again in all areas and then charge the right price which will be more but it'll be worth it. Canyon Cove just down the road is way smarter but doesn't hit the beach resort mark - this one can and should.

We go here every year. I hope the owner will do an upgrade for this place! We had the house with 2 bedrooms. One with 4 bunk beds and the other room with huge bed and pull-out. It's a very nice place. They should consider not using wood and "yero" for their roofing since the place is near the ocean. It can get rusty right away. Major upgrade for all toilet and public showers.

the resort is good.. nice view because it is in a middle of a beach cove.. nice white sand, well not as purest as Boracay but second to Laiya beaches.. very calm water, good for children swimming.. however, receptionists and care takers are very grouchy, grumpy and lack being respectful, being polite and being kind.. a little kindness will be enough but theirs are none at all.. good graciousness, you need exemplenary patience talking to these people.. the owners need to hire a different receptionists and care takers.. confusion on the payment, if you stayed for 3d and 2nights then you will pay the entrance fee of 3days as well.. wth is that?!
