Detailed Reviews
I've read so many bad comments about this resort, and I couldn't say more, but the saddest part of it is that, The Management of the Resort doesn't give its full dedication towards renovating the resort, renewal of its staffs and having sessions with them...and that's the MANAGER's Job to know about the faults of this must-maintained place. It's his/her job to know that, take consideration about all the comments here and reflect on how this resort is poorly managed and his/her actions in managing the resort before opening it fully to the market again. The management should take action about this also since they are the ones managing MBBC's websites and they know what's going there. Don't let this resort fall into ruins, it's a worth-keeping resort, stop being so ignorant and inconsiderate. Renew staffs (but keep the hard-working and accomodating ones), be passionate about taking care of the resort, renovate the resort from it's former glory back when it's still one of the beacons in Nasugbu, be responsible and motivate people to go to your resort again. I don't wanna review the place, since the place is not the problem, the management is.

it was my best friend's birthday so we decided to end the summer with a bang. out trip was scheduled and was booked. When we reached the location, there's no one there to escort us. We need to find someone to assist us sine cashier/information is open up until 5-6. We booked for a family room and was told that it is good up to 10 pax, but i think it is only good for 4-5 persons since its so small so we again need to look for someone to verify the misunderstanding. I mean the place was ecstatic but it has poor customer experience and to think we were charged for service charge but where's the service? its sad since place was great and you won't be able to have the customer experience you would want.

We go here every year. I hope the owner will do an upgrade for this place! We had the house with 2 bedrooms. One with 4 bunk beds and the other room with huge bed and pull-out. It's a very nice place. They should consider not using wood and "yero" for their roofing since the place is near the ocean. It can get rusty right away. Major upgrade for all toilet and public showers.

Me and my husband decided to have a beach camping and I am the one who always looks places, I heard that munting buhangin in nasugbu is very nice but well when we got there, WE ARE SO VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!! First, when we got there you need to step down to this stairs like hundred steps before you can reach the reception area... So I said OMG! we have a lot of things to carry down because we gonna do grilling stuff, cooking... I am so very tired!!! no one assisting us to carry our other things... Then secondly, when were already at the beach. I am so shock!!! the beach shore WAS SO DISGUSTING!!!! FULL OF GARBAGE EVERYWHERE!!! I am really mad on this beach, I said to my husband sorry for this is where I brought you. I wonder how come the management don't clean... Are they blind??? Even the toilets are so bad!... And while I am grilling there are lots of tokay gecko or tuko in tagalog everywhere, I even see them, I am so afraid they will go near me!!! HAAAYYYY!!!! THE PLACE IS TERRIBLE REALLY!!! SO the next following day at 6:00 am I woke up my husband and ask him that we leave that place and look for another place to relax... We headed to Calatagan, in Golden sunset resort.. It is nice... SO NEVER EVER TRY TO GO TO MUNTING BUHANGIN BEACH CAMP IN NASUGBU, YOU ARE JUST GONNA WASTE YOUR MONEY...

We went to Munting Buhangin last Saturday. The beach resort was suggested by my boss for our teambuilding. Beforehand, i checked for customer's feed backs in regards to this resort so that i could see if it's worth a visit. Most of the reviews throw in a positive feedback --- much to my surprise when we got there. The place is crowded. Dirty. Rude Staff especially the guards at the front gate. The accomodation are unacceptable (we rented a nipa house, confident that it would fit 4 to 10 person as stated on their website, but to my dismay only our kids can fit on the house.) The shower area is terrible, so as the comfort room. Parking area is stressful because you need to walk a hundred step just to reach the beach/resort. No staff to assist you on where your room is located eventhough you already booked and paid in advanced.
Overall, the place is not worth a try. It looks old and worn out. Nothing special. Not even the beach.

I have been in this place way back 1995. It was a company outing. What I remember then was the beach itself is so nice. Clear and shallow water, fine sand (no shells or sharp rocks), clean seashore and no waves at all. I would like to recommend this to my family since every year we make it a point to have our "traditional" family outing in the beach . Some of the places we had been were worth remembering but some are not. There was a feeling of "regrets" after having been in a not so impressive beach resorts because admit it or not some beaches in Batangas are crowded and very noisy and we experienced it a lot. So, I don't want to bring them there without an assurance that they will really enjoy the place. it was 20 years ago when i saw the place so probably there are lot of changes happened already particularly the accommodation. Also I would like to know the entrance fee and the cottages/room for walk-in clients?

It was a rainy and stressful week. We first planned a Cagbalete trip that turned into a Nagsasa one for the weekend but the downpour told us we needed another plan, something with no boat ride that can get us stuck on an island. I lost all hope that I wanted to just book a staycation in Crimson. Then came Saturday...
I was drunk Friday night and had very little sleep when the phone rang at 8 in the morning. His dad was calling to borrow some tool, I get up to open the door and what do I see? The sun! What started as a bad wake up call was already turning out to be a good day. We wanted to push through with Nagsasa because it is an easy drive to Pundaquit but thought that the weather may change the next day so we decided to go with plan C - find somewhere nearby with no boat ride.
Laiya was out of the picture as Acuatico was fully booked so I looked around and thought that maybe we can just go to Nasugbu. Quickly calling the 24/7 hotline of Munting Buhangin, they informed us we can walk in and so off we went to our not so impromptu beach weekend.
There were some rain showers on our way there, our first stop in Nasugbu was the market to buy food and other needed items then on to Munting Buhangin Beach Camp.
Going There:
Buses going to Nasugbu are plenty, just ride a BLTB or BSC bus all the way to town and take a tricycle to your chosen resort. We heard that the tricyle ride will cost PHP 300 one way - it is that far from town.
Going there, we took our normal SLEX - Sta. Rosa - Tagaytay - Nasugbu drive and going back decided to try out the Nasugbu - Ternate - Cavitex route. The latter drive was faster but there were traffic through the towns that lengthened our stay on the road.
Gas using a Chevrolet Spark (round trip): around PHP 500, we filled the tank at Boni Edsa and when we got back to Boni Avenue, our gauge only went down 1 line.
Toll Manila - Nasugbu: PHP 175
Toll Nasugbu - Manila: PHP 64 and PHP 24
The Resort and The Beach:
There were good reviews on Tripadvisor but I think they all lied. White sand? More like light brown. Clear water? Yes during the summer but bad during the rainy season, rubbish were being washed onto shore. This would be a good surfing spot though for beginners. Sand is fine but not powdery like what other bloggers claim (please go to Boracay station 1 before you call any other sand powdery).
The front desk officer was quite surly, no smile or even a good afternoon. She gave me the rates and just waited ever so IMpatiently like I was taking too much of her time.
All guests are REQUIRED to pay a PHP 350 entrance fee regardless if you are paying for one of their accomodations or not. Daytrippers get a free lunch while overnighters get a free breakfast. The free meal was awful, we ordered tocino and longganisa and could not finish it. I also think it is ridiculous to have people pay an entrance fee, HOW WILL THEY STAY AT THE RENTED ACCOMODATION IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE RESORT? But oh well, good thing we always had our tent with us, we chose to pitch our tent for a ridiculous PHP 1000.
Costs will be posted with the pictures.
Over All:
Although we appreciated that we could use some mono block benches as well as have access to plugs for charging and a decent mobile signal, the over all ambiance and cost of the resort is unreasonable and we will NEVER go back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cannot stress this enough. I exchanged e-mails, if you could even call those e-mails from them acceptable, with staff from this resort. I asked about reservations and was greeted with rude replies of "noted" and "ok" after I had specific questions about the resort, about who I was speaking to, and after I sent an e-mail that I was fed up with the responses I was getting, I received no more reply.
VERY GLAD that I found a better alternative to this place. It looks like I dodged a bullet anyway, based on the other reviews here. Tried asking about making an ocular to their place but no decent response, they even mixed up my dates for ocular and actual dates of reservation because they did not properly read my e-mails.
First time that I am giving a rating for any resort, and this is a resort I HAVE NEVER EVEN VISITED. From the reservation process alone, I think a 1/5 rating is fit.

Not only were the staff missing, we had to walk around a hundred steps down to our cottage (if you would consider it a cottage). The bathroom was a nightmare. There was a millipede crawling on the floor and there was sand all over the floor. The mirror even wouldn't catch your reflection because of the filth on it. Not to mention the garbage scattered around the beach itself. Garbage was floating around the water. The beds gave us backpains and the pillows were as old as my ancestors. The food was horrible which had uninvited guests namely flies and other breeds of insects. It was a total disaster. The place looked abandoned and the cleaning utilities were scattered like the garbage. It looked like the scene from 2012 after the big quake hit Los Angeles. It has to be, if not, the worst beach I've ever been to. The best way to describe this beach resort comes from a Filipino song "...Nakalangoy ka na ba sa dagat ng basura..." (Have you ever swam in a sea of garbage).

The place is at proper Nasugbu Batangas. We had a teambldg event and total of 20 people w/kids arrived here. We're booked with 2 rooms. Pros and Cons below:
PROS:
- 1st room:
- aircon is 👍
- 4 beds that can accomodate 2 people each, comfy ang bed
2nd room:
- aircon is 👍
- 2 beds (the other one is pull up bed)
- Little Kitchen
- Ref
- Dinner table w/4 seats
- Mini sala w/ 1 Long chairs and 2 solo chairs
- Water in sink and cr are good. Malakas sya.
- Veranda where your team can gather.
CONS:
- Gasul fee is at 700 per use. Wtf!
- 1 CR only
- When we arrived, we had to bring all our stuff dowm to the accomodation rooms that needs 100 steps to conquer. Kawawa yung may mabibigat na dala lalo na mga senior citizen. Hirap silang umakyat sa matarik at 100 steps na bato para lang makauwi at makalabas nang resort. This place is not ideal for old people, may sakit sa puso, mahina baga, may asthma or even bata kase sobrang nakakapagod umakyat. The resort doesn't have facilities para sa matatanda na makaakyat nang maayos.
- There were hidden fees na hindi dinidisclose nang resort sa reservation online. May pa environmental fee pa eh hindi naman well maintained ang place. Jusko!
- There's free brekfast included in the accomodation pero naman ang Tapsilog, Tocilog at kung ano ano pang silog ay napaka DRY, walang lasa, konti serving at you can only get it within 7am to 10am. Walang kwenta.
- Information people are NOT FRIENDLY, NOT ACCOMODATING.
Maraming jang magagandang beach sa Nasugbu or Laiya na worth it ang time at effort at money nyo. Wag na dito na tiyak na pagsisisihan nyo. Better mag Pansol nalang. #respect #myopinion #customerpointofview #feedback

I can only answer the food. Yes, you can and you may.
Hello. You may ride a bus at coastal mall or any bus station going to nasugbu. get off at the nasugbu and you may ride tricycle or rent a jeepney to get to munting buhangin. be sure to ask the drivers to fetch you the next day or by the time you check out as the resort is not amenable for commuting.
