1. Rooms are terribly old AND DIRTY. Broken shower, the bathroom smells awful, the window screen is FULL of dust, the blinds don’t even work, and are all just broken. 2. BEDS are stained and sheets are smelly 3. Towels are stained. 4. We found random underwear in the bathroom probably left by the last guest (seriously how bad can we go from here?) 5. No one will pick up the front desk, room service, or housekeeping phone no matter what time of day 6. They charged us a breakfast fee even though I paid it in advance just cause we forgot the stub in our room (we presented the unused stubs at check out still won’t take it) cashier and front desk was just arguing with us about this lol 7. FLIES OH MAN THE FLIES the size of RAISINS on the restaurant floors and TABLES where they expect you to eat 8. Pool water looks shady it just does not look right 9. When I asked to speak to the manager to leave feedback manager is nowhere to be seen. Will not even give a contact details for that manager. 😂 your money is better spent elsewhere.…
The only place where I got treated so horribly by a supposedly “Frontdesk Manager” named Nadine Yones or Eunes. The worst experience I had in talking to a supposedly manager who was so rude and was so condescending to their guest in handling feedback and complaints. “Maldita” attitude and so arrogant. This was also confirmed by some of their employees who talked to me. Other guests who heard us talking even approached me and was so surprised how I, as a guest here, got treated by this “manager.” I have been in several hotels here and abroad, and I have never experienced such horrible customer service treatment from a frontdesk, let alone here in my country. We were invited here by a close friend to enjoy and relax as a family but we experienced the worst. We decided to cut short our stay. The place is also rundown! Why this is being labeled as a “4-star” hotel escapes me. Toilet was clogged when we arrived; room definitely was falling apart with so many furniture needing repairs or best, a total upgrade! Refrigerator lights blinking; loose plugs prone to sparks and electrical fires. Common area ceiling are falling. Lots of busted lights and cobwebs everywhere not being cleaned. Slippery floors in hallways not being attended to. Why this place is still being allowed to run by the local government unit with these conditions is a mystery. I will never come back here, ever. Be warned. Canyon cove is a perfect combination of worst guest treatment, horrible frontdesk “manager” + a rundown hotel (if you can call it a hotel). One of our friends invited us to stay at this resort hoping that we’ll be able to get a much-needed relaxation. Unfortunately what we got was the exact opposite. There were mishaps during our stay which we’re willing to let go but biggest disappointment that we couldn’t set aside was dealing with their front office manager (Nadine Eunice/Unis) who treated us rudely during our stay. The way she spoke to us was so condescending and unprofessional that other guests in the lobby also noticed. We’ve been to other hotels locally and abroad and never experienced the kind of customer service (or the lack of it) that we had in Canyon Cove Nasugbu. We didn’t want to stay longer in the property after our experience so we checked out a day earlier, and never intending to go back to this place ever! Now we understand why this property has really bad reviews- it’s people like this Nadine girl that’s pulling this property down. I feel sorry for Canyon Cove.…
It was a really bad experience. Rooms didn’t match photos, rooms in ruins, no tv due to cable not working per housekeeping. Wifi only on the 1st floor. Asked for an extra blanket and it never came. I went to the front desk and they said that the attendant just got there. So there’s only 1 attendant for the whole hotel?
Rooms really need major face-lift....TV with no reception, no internet and fixtures are very old and gloomy. In fact, the entire place needs renovation, maintenance, and amenities upgrade. Service is lacking....call housekeeping, reception, and operator, but no response. It's such a waste for an awesome place with a beautiful private beach.
For almost 9k per room per night its not worth it.we stayed at room 429 it was a long walk from the elevator but i dont mind.i only minded when we got to the room no dialtone,no flush at the toilet no hot water no aircon.i reported at 1800 and told the receptionist i want a new room she said shell send someone to fix it asap i said ok.i waited in our room for 30 mins and while waiting black out occured😂.nobody came.i had to go down again and remind them that i have been in our room for 30 mins the receptionist called the maintenance person after waiting in my room again for 5 mins he fixed the toiled but not the phone he said hell be back but never did.there were a lot of issues that night i had to go back and forth from our room to the reception and finally 12mn when they decided to offer us to change our room😂😂 Nice beach but a lot of debris that floats like candy wrapper toothpaste container.and oh by the way we arrived lunch time most of the food in their menu is not available😂😂😂and quite pricey i dont mind paying extra as long as it good but for this place..I MIND😂😂 So bottom line go somewhere else this place is old not well maintained not so clean for its almost 9k per night per room..go to a cheaper hotel i bet it has better service than this.and for the price,NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS only at the lobby which is not even stable😂😂😂 DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.its what i call a photogenic Hotel looks like in pics but a nightmare.…
It's been years since I last stayed here in Canyon Cove. I was saddened to see how things have changed. The beach used to be so clean! How come that I saw several cans of beer, diapers, napkins and plastic bottles??? Management needs to do something on this. They have to discipline the guests. They need to do it as Canyon Cove Boracay is now closed and are now going here.The rooms also need to be updated
We stayed for 3 nights, my family and I had a very good time in the resort. Everything is perfect! This was a peaceful resort, highly recommend to those looking for some relaxation. The worst thing is that you can't stay. Haha! We will be back here very soon!
We made the right choice booking this resort for our short trip. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, clean, and nicely-spaced. The place is well-kept and the pool was nice. The beach is peaceful and we really loved just hanging out and enjoying the peace and calm waters. Food is good, and the staff are always available and accomodating. We will definitely come back.
Great experience with Canyon Cove, a very good place to relax and chill. Amazing service, friendly staff, love the overall ambiance. Will be returning. We had a nice stay at this resort. Definitely booking to come back again here. I would highly recommend.
