This is our 3rd stay with Haven Berawa, and as always they upgraded us to second room category from our origin book. We had the pool access suite for 4 nights. The room was spacious as we always loved. A nice balinese carving in the room & a lovely bay window sofa which we loved. Aircon was great. *The bathroom has double vanity, huge bathtub & separate toilet and shower too. During pandemic they changed their normal toiletries yet no issue with that, since we always bring our toiletries when travelling. *They had their Aman (Safe) hygiene measurement done in all the property which made us felt safe to stay here. All rooms are cleaned & sterilized (you could see the sticker on your door when you first came into the room). *The staffs from reception to Ketumbar bistro was friendly & assistive. Sorry we cant remember the names however they always greeted us sincerely. *Breakfast was average, since normal days before pandemic they always serve a la carte breakfast, but still you could order as many as you could. Coffee was excellent. *The pool access room was really convenient for us to swim, ordering food from ketumbar which was across our room, and also going to the beach was easy. They also provided the rattan bag where you could bring to the beach, of course you can’t take it with you upon check out :) *During our stay the rain was really intensed, yet we still enjoyed our stay. On sunny day, we could easily walked to the beautiful Berawa beach just a few steps from our room. Enjoying sunset options are from the room terrace, the deck nearby pool & the beach was really a great convenience. *They also have bicycles that we can use from morning to 5pm, where you could stroll around the beautiful Berawa & Canggu area on sunny day. *They had a free secured parking space at the basement where we could park our rented motorcycle safely. *Overall we would definitely be back here again when in Bali. We had a wonderful time here, relaxing and enjoying the location and facilities. Food is good, especially breakfast but would suggest trying out the many local restaurants. Staff were extremely good and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Strongly recommend paying a little more for the pool access rooms- the ability to sit out, read, have a beer and just roll into the pool was brilliant as there Is not much space around the pool otherwise.

We checked in around 6pm, and the process was efficient and easy, we stayed in the room with balcony overlooking the Berawa Beach.. the room was super spacious and we especially love the Bathtub!
Front Desk Staffs were really helpful, we tried to find a last minute scooter rent and the staff helped us efficiently so that by the time we were about to go out around 7pm after we checked in, the scooter was already parked in the front lobby. And it was affordable too! only 90.000 rupiah for 1 day
Will definitely consider staying here again for a canggu party weekend full of scooter rides around the area!

My husband and I visited the Haven Suites for our wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a pool access room. I highly recommend these as it was lovely to sit on the balcony and slip into the pool whenever it got a little too warm. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of whatever you desired from the a la carte menu along with the buffet as well. Fruits were amazing and the dark rye bread lovely too. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and anytime we contacted room service it was there within minutes. Oh and the toiletries are from a loca Balinese company, Sensatia, and they are to die for. Thier shop is in Batu Balong Canggu and highly recommend. Loved the Lemongrass body wash. Thank you for having us. We appreciate how challenging it is to stay open while international borders are shut. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were very professional, attentive and happy. Our family stayed in two pool access rooms so that my husband had privacy to work. The rooms are generous in size with beautiful unexpected touches like a beach bag and wooden drying rack. We loved the large bath, day bed by the window, sun lounge and rocking chair by the pool. we had 2 nights in a pool access room. the room was big and clean and air con worked well. these rooms have only 1 sun lounger and 1 chair ( not great for a couple ) we asked for another and was not allowed. the breakfast was buffet and al a carte after 10.30.the variety was ok but the 2 we had were bland. you cannot charge to you room as you need to leave a deposit at reception. i have never experienced this in Bali. they did have bikes to hire which we used and also on last day allowed us to freshen up in the spa as we had already checked out. i would not stay again as there are so many hotels to choose from

Amazing stay at Haven Suites Bali Berawa, we stayed for 5 nights, everything is awesome! Very spacious room, we love the big sofa bed, I spent hours of reading my favourite book on it. The bed is big, nice and firm. And most of it I love the bathroom, its the biggest and the most beautiful hotel bathroom that I have ever experienced! Breakfast is also good, choice overload from fresh tropical fruits, fresh juice, Indonesian herbal drink and “made to order” breakfast with western & local food choices. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Bogank the GM👍🏼👍🏼. 5 stars for The Haven Suites Bali Berawa, Well done!!! We definitely will be back to your hotel.

Similar to the other comments this simply isn’t a 5 star resort. I would say 3 stars at best.
Rooms are large but outdated, furniture is tired and in need of being replaced, air conditioning leaked which we slipped on in the night and a slight smell of damp.
Breakfast was very limiting with very few options apart from eggs and donuts, not what you expect from a 5 star resort. We ate outside of the hotel on most occasions…thank goodness for Lusa on the main road. We ordered coffees and were told we had to pay as they weren’t Balinese, it was literally a capsule coffee and milk
The area is a tad out of the way but the beach in front by is dirty and it has a filthy stream running into the sea.
We paid $300 per night, definitely not worth that although we did come in the Australian school holidays.
Overall is was ok but didn’t meet my expectations given the price and the ratings from other travellers.

This place is a gem. The location is a bit secluded but just a few meters to the left side you would find plenty of restaurants & cafe. The family room we are staying in is really nice. Wow, it's a hotel that far exceeded my expectations! This resort really shows the beauty of the island of Bali part of the dewata island. All the facilities there are very much complimenting the holidays we wanted and making memories that I and my wife will always remember. When we arrived in the lobby for check-in, we were immediately welcomed by a very friendly staff and helped us with our luggage. Top notch hospitality! Thank you so much to Mrs. Tiana for helping and preparing everything for us, you are the best! From the lobby we can also see a huge pool, as well as a direct view of the beach of Berawa. The resort also has direct access to the beach. So you can relax while enjoying the beautiful views of the Berawa beach. Our short story is taken to the oceanfront suite we booked. The room is spacious, beds with king size beds are very comfortable and comfortable, and a spacious bathroom is complete with a bathtub and separated shower and toilet. Plus we get a surprise as a set of flowers in our beds that adds to the romantic in our suites. View from our room can also be directly to the beach of Berawa, really a very complete and very happy stay. I highly recommend this resort, especially the oceanfront suites so you can experience to the fullest! Me and my wife will definitely return again to Swarga Suites Bali Berawa when we are on vacation to Bali, supper recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I believe it’s a religious day of silence. I understand Tourists are not exempt from this and are prohibited from going outside. Well that’s what google has advised , but please don’t take my word for it and definitely contact the Swarga Suites and ask the very helpful staff to advise you.

Easy to access the beach; just walk out the gate & the bottom of the hotel & entrance to beach is 2 min walk. No bridge that I can remember. We stayed in a pool view duplex room on 2nd floor. Poolside rooms are smaller, but still very nice.
