I’d actually give our overall experience a 4.5. The resort is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and has many water activities. There are paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel equipment and hobie cats you can use for free as well as Cornhole and beach volleyball. A sailing lesson is 100 dollars but if you already know how to sail a hobie cat there is no need to pay for it. The food was good, it’s what I would expect from an upscale resort. Breakfast Buffett is included and was tasty. The only hiccup we encountered was at check in. After reserving two rooms for a total of 6 people and calling several times prior to confirm that both rooms had a pull out couch that would sleep the third person staying in each room we were told that both rooms did not have a pullout couch. They told us they put a “roll away” bed in each room but it wouldn’t fit an adult. We proceeded to ask more questions and our check in person told us they were unable to move us without charging an additional 250 a night per room for a pull out couch. Frustration increased after she told us the roll away would at its capacity sleep a 12 year old. After going back and forth we finally decided to just see the dang bed fo see what it looked like. So we were taken to our rooms. Skipped the normal resort grounds tour that we saw everyone else get during our stay only to find that the “roll away is basically a twin bed and can sleep practically any adult! What a waste of energy…anyway the rest of the our stay was lovely and we would go back. But just so you know, their “roll away bed” isn’t some bed for ants as our check in lady spent 15 minutes leading us to believe, it’s just a regular twin for goodness sake.

Hotel's Favorite
We normally stay at resorts associated with a major hotel chain, but our travel agent gave the Seven Stars and we are happy that she did. This place really has its act together. The staff is professional, warm, sincere and authentic. They are never ruffled, never hurried and always full of charm and grace. The property is smaller than one might imagine, but it is in immaculate shape. All indoor and outdoor spaces show the attention this resort gives to detail and belies its reputation for cleanliness. The suites are spacious, elegant and incredibly well equipped. Our kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable and enough glassware for any occasion. The refrigerator was immense and the ice maker actually worked for once! Bed and bedding of top quality and the bedroom and baths are huge. We ate once on the "Deck" and another time in the more formal Italian restaurant. Food was excellent and the bar serves great cocktails served my terrific mixologists (with personality). Big stretch of beach with plenty of comfortable spots on the sand and on the decks near the two pools. We went down to do some bone fishing and the hotel arranged these trips and with guides who were really great. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel as well as major grocery store with everything under the sun including fine wine and liquor. A completely relaxing and carefree vacation!!!!

Where do I begin? For about a month I was exchanging emails with the resort. Upon my request they booked our couples massage on the beach, dinner reservation at The Deck and Seven and also our sunset cruise. I was already happy because they were professional and responded. Upon arriving we were greeted with Rum Punch which was muy bueno. Since we arrived a few hours before check in my wife and I rode the bikes provided by Seven Stars. We are some lunch did some shopping and returned back to the resort. We were celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary and the staff dedicated our room with rose petals. My wife loved it!!!!Jobanny, Sherrick, Janeria and the rest of the team were amazing. The entire staff at the resort were amazing, friendly, professional as well. My wife and I had a great conversation with Trey. He was one of the waiters on the beach. Janeria booked our covid test, Sherrick recommended riding our bikes to Leeward Beach which was amazing, Jobanny what can I say you are awesome. We had an improve photo shoot with one of the staff members. It was a morning filled with fun. Later on that afternoon we get a knock on the door and I opened the door to a wonderful surprise. Jobanny and her staff gave us a bottle of white wine to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Breakfast-The Chef at the omelette station was working 4 or 5 pans at a time making sure everyone’s order was set. I tipped him every time and thanked him for the food and conversations. The entire staff during breakfast were good. Lunch-We had lunch at the beach a few hours before our sunset cruise. Trey is cool, awesome, humble and has a great future of heading him. FYI food at The Deck is good. Recommend ordering Grouper Sandwich and Tuna Wrap Dinner-Wednesday night it was dinner at The Deck. live music, barn fire on the beach, Wow, the singer has Ana amazing voice. Recommend the Red Snapper. My apologies I forgot the name of the waiter. Dinner-Saturday night at Seven🔥🔥 6 star service all the way around as soon as we stepped in the restaurant. Luz and her wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional. One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten and the service was great. We didn’t have room for dessert but Luz and her team surprised us with white chocolate covered strawberries. Recommend Tuna Tar Tar, Burrata, octopus and snapper. Highly recommend Couples Deep Tissue Massage on the beach. My apologies I forgot our mousses names. One of The best massages we have ever gotten. Recommend Ride the bikes and explore the island!!!!! Sunset cruise, jet ski shipwreck diving adventure. My wife and I have traveled the world, ate a lot of restaurants but hands down I can see why people fall in love with Turks and Caicos. If you want to stay at a great resort, with a great staff, food, service and beautiful beach stay at Seven Stars. Tell them Carlos & Pam sent you !!!!

This property is as good as the reviews suggest. The destination is amazing. Rooms are well appointed and modern. The grounds are immaculately kept up. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast buffet is very well done and find Larrika if you can. She was the best and most friendly hostess/waitress we had during our trip. Larrika has been there 14 years. This property is for you if you want a luxury experience but with a less formal feel. There are other luxury hotels with more formal experiences close by. I prefer a casual luxury experience when I'm at the beach and this property fills that requirement 100%. The one caution. If you are booking an ocean view or ocean front room be mindful of the floor you are placed on. If you are on floors one and two you will not have a clear view. Floors three and higher will give you a clear view of the ocean. They initially put me in floor one and it was 90% pool view. They moved me up a floor and it was better. There are no classifications in the booking for a lower floor ocean view/ocean front room. Other beach hotels do have that option so you are better prepared. The views in my photos are from ocean view room on floor two. The 1300 sf ocean view room was perfect for four nights. There is a grocery store with less than a ten minute walk to buy food for the kitchen. It was nice to have a few meals in our suite. I will absolutely be back to this property.

There is so much to say about this resort - but we wouldn’t do it justice! Amazing location - absolutely perfect room with gorgeous ocean view - and beautiful grounds and pool. This resort thinks of every possible need - from cushions and personal setups for your beach chair, every amenity you can think of for your room - just fabulous! But the best part about this resort is its staff! Big shout out to Garrick at the Concierge Desk - who arranged all of our excursions and dinners - every one of which was absolutely spot-on and perfect! Nadono at the reservation desk was also terrific and picked the perfect room for our anniversary trip! The front desk staff are all so friendly and welcoming, the water-sports and spa staff were super knowledgable and helpful! And who can forget Lila - the super friendly, nice and accommodating beach host - who was so fun to talk to and such a pleasure to meet! Thank you all for an amazing and perfect vacation week!
