We booked this hotel thinking it was connected to the Beach. It is not, but it is a nice Hotel to stay at. They have just a continental Breakfast nothing fancy and a Tiki Bar. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. You will need to travel to have a Breakfast and dinner at other local Hotels and restaurants. Pools are clean and relaxing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a welcome drink upon arrival... I needed a pre-stay hotel for my party of 5. They had 2 bedrooms suites and continental breakfast, so I thought it would be great. Our room was perfect. 2 rooms and a sofa bed accommodated us well. We only had towels for 3 guests but additional towels were provided when we made the request. We had a washer/dryer in the room but they were a bit stingy with the laundry detergent (perhaps bring your own). We had a full kitchen. Once we saw how pricey restaurants were, we decided to walk to the grocery store to cook a couple of meals ourselves. The location was great. You cross the road to get reach the beach. There were a few restaurant options to choose from. 1 had live entertainment which made for great ambiance and the backdrop of the beach. Don't expect too much from the breakfast. Cartoons of juice poured into serving containers and store bought bagels and croissants, along with some fruit.

We stayed a week at Villa Del Mar. We had a great time there. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job (make sure to tip them). We were upgraded to a penthouse suite but unfortunately the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working well, so we selected a room with the amenities we paid for. The rooms are spacious there is a kitchen with appliances and cookware. The grounds are very well maintained. The only negative is the breakfast. The breakfast is served until 9am and only consists of some bread, cereal and oranges. Overall Villa Del Mar was an excellent choice for our family and I would recommend it to other travelers. The beach is just a few feet away in front of another hotel and VDM has chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

As the rooms were very big and spacious there where other things that were not as pleasant. 1. The breakfast was subpar not a lot of options where available just stale pastries, bagels, and cereal with coffee and orange juice I love simple but a change up would of been great 2. As the bathroom toiletries where nice they smell like medicine and not a good scent at all 3. The fact that they have to keep communicating by to the door to check the phones and wi-fi was pretty annoying. 4. The room service they never changed the sheets just made the bed and never replenished the room with coffee or tea had to ask 5. Knock on the door if I do not answer don’t just come in at your convenience That all I have to say about this hotel pool was nice hot tub was nice as well.

My first trip to Grace Bay and I was pleasantly surprised to have best accommodation imaginable. I am going to echo experiences that others have already shared. I was expecting a studio type of room but was provided a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, room A301. The apt and the rest of the property were immaculate. As stated in other reviews, the linens were plentiful and so clean. The location was great, right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The staff was super, whenever I need assistance- -directions/taxi, etc. they were more than willing to assist. Special shout outs to Wesline,Keithra, Olivier at the front desk and Keron on the beach. Highly recommend!

We chose this resort as we wanted a quiet relaxing vacation, in a smaller resort. It is family friendly but there weren’t a lot of kids which was perfect! We stayed in a studio, great size and the balcony was huge which we loved. Comfy bed and pillows. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Steps from the beach, and the beach service is great, and the 2 brothers that work the beach are great. Happy and very welcoming. Free breakfast really hits the spot. Will definitely be back

Hotel was clean, rooms were fairly modern and had a nice little kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were also nice, and the walk to the beach was short. The hotel provided beach and pool towels, which they would change put upon request. Ground were well kept, and it was a short walk to ice cream shops and restaurants. The continental breakfast was simple but adequate, and was a nice thing to have each day, given how expensive groceries/food are in Turks and Caicos. The shampoo and conditioner provided did not agree with out hair, but might work well for others. There is a small pool bar, which also provided cold water during the hours it was open. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The one minor thing that I will mention is that our housekeeper, who cleaned our room daily, mentioned that if we did not provide the tip directly to her, it would be split among other cleaning staff who did not clean our room. I don’t know if that is true, but if so, it does not seem right to me, as she worked hard to keep our room very clean.

Everyone is extremely nice except for the front desk manager that’s a towel freak. The cleaning lady took the towels and the front desk manager freaked out and said to return towels to the front desk. I said I can’t help what the employees do. She continued on and on and on. I just wanted a towel. It was insane and she was unapologetic and relentless. Everyone else has been extremely kind and nice so don’t let her bad apple attitude spoil the trip

Clean facility, friendly people all around, helpful staff, reasonably priced, close to a fabulous beach, warm and sunny weather. There isn’t anything negative that could be said about this place. Also, there are many water tours available.

My husband and I stayed in a studio at Villa Del Mar in Jan 2023 and loved it! It was a "budget friendly" option compared to many other places to stay in Provo but it had large rooms, was quiet, very clean, friendly staff, and a short walk to the beach with its own setup of chairs and umbrellas. It also has a small continental breakfast which is a nice way to get a bite in the morning. It was a close walk to other dining options and shopping. We also loved the pools and the very large covered balconies. We loved our ground floor unit for easy access to the pools/hot tub and breakfast. The only complaint I have is that while the mattress was very comfortable, the frame was extremely loud and squeaky with any movement. Overall, we loved everything about our week at Villa Del Mar and would stay here again.
