I stayed at the Lacky for a week while in town on business. The staff is very friendly, speak good English, and were always ready to assist. The rooms were very hot on entry, but inputting your card and turning down the AC cures that. The rooms are very small and there are only two English channels, but the room is very clean and has everything you need. The hotel is also in a great location near plenty of Restaurants and shopping. Will stay again.

I stayed at the Lacky for an extended period on business and was pleased overall. The only real issue I had was the size of the room...only about 230 sq ft. And for long periods of time that can develop into a bit of cabin fever. The cure, of course, is to get out and see a bit of the country. The room includes a small fridge, one-burner induction stove, a microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. A small washer that is free to use. Although there isn't a dryer in the room, but they do provide a drying rack. The hotel is located in G-Well City, right next to a lot of stores and restaurants (both Korean and American). There is a 5-story mall across the street. A Hyundai Department Store across the street that also has groceries. As well as a huge Lotte Mart within walking distance, just a block away. The service at the hotel was very good. The front desk was always helpful. The cleaning service was in every day and did a thorough job cleaning, replacing towels, and restocking the fridge with 3 bottles of water daily. There is a fitness center and a laundry facility on the 3rd floor. Large washers and dryers...washing is free and the dryers cost 3000 KRW for about 40 minutes. There is a laundry soap vending machine that dispenses detergent for 1000 KRW. Breakfast is included each day. The dining room is very big and very clean. There is a combination of Korean and American foods, several of which rotate out from time to time. I always found enough to eat. Overall, a very good stay.

Comfortable bed, easy to access from the highway and has parking. The breakfast is fine, some veggie choices . It has some laundry auto services which I didn´t use.
Many restaurants right in front.
Highly recommended as it not expensive.
I left my Ipad in the room and they managed to email and kept it for my next visit.
Thanks!!!

Stayed only for 1 night visiting family. Room was clean, modern, bed was very comfortable, and room was at perfect temperature with the a/c working perfectly. Staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We stepped out at night time and found multiple restaurants open within a 5 minute walk. I would have to say this hotel was the best one we stayed during our trip in Korea.

Rooms are small and have awkward step as you get in the room. Once AC did not work. Poor Hotel and poorly trained staff. The breakfast is so horrible , they don't even have sugar for tea, pastries look like a week old, poorly cooked fries and hash browns..I asked for an iron in my room and the staff asked me to come to lobby and iron my clothes . I have had better service than this in Cheap motels .. I have stayed here a few times, once at 9am the elevators broke down and we had to climb down the stairs for 3 floors with our luggage . They barely understand English most of the times ...Stay Away - if you have a choice! This will be my last stay.
