Location is great. Great views and the pool is situated great for the property.

Downside is that the place needs to be closed and renovated. In the outdoor dining area the canvas coverings were pretty dirty and the framework showed lots of rust and over painting .
Pool needs to be repainted and or sealed. It just looks bad.
In the CR in the rooms, the shower water smelled of salt. Felt like salt water was pumped in and used for the showers.
Dinner was ok. Almost half of the items were not available when we were there, including iced tea.

Shame this place is talked about like it is special and that you supposedly cannot stay unless a foreigner is staying there as part of your "party", but it is not up to its hype.

I could not believe the amazing view and landscapes of this 3 hectares private cove resort. The water is so clean and clear. It is a pebbles beach but being barefooted meant the stone is therapeutic to my foot. It has an infinity pool facing the ocean. Surrounded by coconut trees and Bermuda grass, the resort is well cleaned and maintained Our casta room is big

Nice venue for family and friends gatherings. Rooms are decent and clean. Nothing too fancy but is nice when you wanna get away from the busy city. Great for kids since there's lots of space to run around and they also have a pool. Food is not bad too. Walls are very thin though so you hear everything your neighbors are saying.

The service was great, staff being very attentive to our demands. The rooms are nice and big, but I didn't like the fact that you can hear what's happening in the neighboring rooms. The walls are so thin!!! They have a nice garden and swimming pool.
The food is good, breakfast ok.

The overall outdoor scenery is good especially in the afternoon it looks kinda romantic. The food is good and staff are approachable and accommodating. The pool and seawater are great, we had so much fun. However, the downside is the rooms are old and i think the a/c is too small for the room (we stayed at the casita room), and seaside is not sand more on rocks tiny rocks and the most negative for me is at their resto wherethere are lots of flies. Pero kahitpapano we enjoyed our stay there..
