For 20,000 pesos per night is not worth the money for my experience. I got really disappointed. Because actually, I got high expectations in this resort. I thought paying 20,000 per night we will got a nice room and a bigger bathroom but we ended not. Because our bathroom is really small and the bidet is broken, Sometimes the water is not working like it is very very limited. And our telephone in our room is broken as well. And the aircon is not cold so we requested extra fan. I got really stressed and not enjoying our stay in this hotel. And the food is quite ok.

The staff were so accommodating. (Special mention to Nixon for a seamless checkin. Anne and Camille for their fine service.) They were attentive to all of our requests. Our room were clean and neat, towels and sheets were smelling fresh and mini bar is always being refill. As for the food, all is good and fresh. Chef is 100% on hand as well with his team. Their water activities was really enjoyable and fear no more because they make sure that our safetyness was their priority. This was a vacation that is worth the price and memorable one!

This place was fantastic, location is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing from the time you arrive at the private resort, you are greeted by the staff from the security to take down information making sure guests who booked are the only guests gaining entry giving you sense of security. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs making sure our luggage’s were taken to the room. Rooms are designed so elegantly and very inviting. The dinner at the beach front was something to remember with variety of food to choose from prepared by their very own Chef. Live band and fire danced performed by absolutely talented performers was the grand finale with a performance so nice and well choreograph. We will definitely be staying at the Acuatico again as soon as our next scheduled vacation.

Travel to Acuatico is an absolute breeze. Arrival experience is excellent. We stayed at Terraza B, room configuration is well thought of. You can clean your feet from the beach sand so no sand inside your bedroom.
The bed is so comfortable! Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft! Although the bathroom seems tight, the bathroom and amenities are impressive. Overall, our stay was relaxing and we really enjoyed our short stay. I highly recommend the resort. Thank you Acuatico! See you again soon!
