Where to start, showed up the front desk agent was abrasive and rude.
They force you to take the express check out, i now know why and keep reading for this reveal.
The area of the hotel we were in stunk as a couple rooms were smoking weed in them. Went to the front desk to complain and was told oh well, maybe it’s just cigarettes....it’s a non smoking hotel no matter what’s being smoked. Being in the law enforcement field I know what pot smells like.
The pool and exercise rooms stink worse than a teenage hockey bag, that’s worse than a skunks butt if you are wondering!
There was a pregnant woman in the lobby bugging everyone for money and cigarettes, when I said to the agent I’m shocked he’s allowing this behaviour in a Best Western his reply was “she’s just trying to figure stuff out”
No pillows or blankets for the pull out sofa, back to the friendly agent who informed me the hotel is out of pillows that’s why the don’t have them in the room.
The fridge is louder than a whistling monkey on speed.
Skip to breakfast, selection was terrible, no eggs for almost 40 minutes as the front desk agent is also the cook, and took 3 smoke breaks during our 45 minutes in the breakfast room. I assume this is why they insist on the express check out, or because they don’t want to deal with the complaints.
I would recommend staying almost anywhere else over this hotel.
