The pictures online were great! When we got there it looked old and run down. While checking in a guest came and said their room was not cleaned. We got to ours and it was filthy. We left got new one.

The entire property is run down and needs a thorough cleaning, Upgrades such as painting as a minimum. The room has a musty smell masked by pine cleaner. & damp. So damp we requested a fresh roll to be delivered. It came after 3 calls and 4 hours. Service is not a priority. Cobb Webbs on the only fire sprinkler head in the room. The best part of the stay was checking out. Oh, and breakfast offering is .... well just skip it as you haven't missed anything.

Bed ok, air worked well.
By light switch in bathroom was a poopy fingerprint on wall. BLACK MOLD on the wall by ceiling in vanity area and closet area... evening staff was a bit rude. Pool great! Hot tub ok but jets not on, we asked and she said ok but never turned them on. Maid service did not do room even with sign on door

I must have gotten a different room than the others who have posted here. Very clean, no bugs, no trash, hot water, and clean sheets and comfortable bed. Wifi was strong, they took dogs, and the front desk people were nice. Located near a lot of restaurants.. overall a good place to stay.

I was very disappointed with your hotel. I made an online booking 15 minutes before arriving. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the front desk to receive the booking. The room was small and had been well used. The carpet was old. The bed covers were stained. The sheets were old. The bathroom was not clean. The whole room made me want to leave as soon as daylight came. The shower was gross and the faster I was done the less chance I was going to catch something. The walls were paper thin and we heard the dogs barking next door as well as someone snoring.The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. There was one cereal on offer (fruit loops). There was one jiuce on offer (orange in a bottle). There was one coffee on offer. There were two bagels and a couple of sweet pastries. The only fruit on offer were bananas. Again, this was a joke. I do not think I will ever stay with you or your company. We usually stay with one of your competitors. We tried you and realized we will stay with our first choice. We were travelling to Florida and needed to stay a night. On the way back we went with our first choice and were very satisfied. I think you have a lot to do to repair your image.
