This hotel was in the midst of everything, shopping, restaurants etc.
Highlighting the service shown by staff, Orlando Vega. He explained the rules of the hotel ground (and covid19 rules), he gave great suggestions and assisted in places to dine, shop while in the area and made my bday extra special with a congratulated note on behalf of The Colonnade.
The room was clean and I was very satisfied. Highly recommend and for my next visit to Boston, I will be staying here again when the rooftop pool/bar is opened.

Stayed here with my son for a college visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an AC vent in the hall that caused a vibration in our room and Orlando sent someone immediately to turn it off and offered a room change if it could not be remedied. Convenient location to everything. Felt clean and safe during Covid, and the breakfast options offered were better than anything I’ve had at other hotels during these strange times. Parking was included when I booked on the hotel website but that may be a limited offer. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed overnight the first day The Colonnade reopened. I was concerned in terms of them ramping up for the first day. No need! Very safe in terms of cleanliness. The pool area was socially distanced and it was wonderful to get drinks served at our lounge chairs. In addition, the service was over the top in terms of assistance with parking, extra items needed in the room, and leaving our luggage. A special shout out to Orlando Vega and Chris Howe - very helpful and so pleasant to work with. All the employees attitudes were upbeat.

My husband and I just celebrated our 3 year anniversary here! The hotel was pristine and we felt very safe staying there in the midst of a pandemic. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a bit cold so we didn't get the chance to enjoy the rooftop pool but we will definitely be back!

Chris and his team are amazing, they have an incredible demeanor and helped me out to resolve a problem that was 100% my mistake.

Their rooftop deck is amazing and the wait staff, Dave in particular, is super nice and friendly.

The room has a very comfortable bed and for those people who like high water pressure, you have nothing to worry about.

While the restaurant is convenient, there are plenty of nearby establishments to obtain victuals. The work on the property is not intrusive, however I have no knowledge about the schedule.

Hi , sorry I am unable to answer your question, as we are a family of 3. Which consists of 2 adults and 1 child. We had 2 double beds in 1 room. However if you email the hotel, I am sure they would respond to your question.
