My wife and I enjoyed a one night stay at Corriness House in June this year, where we were accommodated in a delightful light-filled bedroom with en-suite. A warm and friendly welcome made us feel quite at home, and we enjoyed a superb breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed a really good meal at the local pub, which was the only evening meal close by. A most enjoyable stopover. We would return.
We stayed in this beautiful house in Poolewe one night in August. The room was clean and very nice and with all the facilities. The landlady was very kind and there were lots of alternatives for breakfast. We appreciated also the sorroundings at only about 15 minutes by car
The picture on trip advisor of the front of this B & B doesn’t do this place justice it is bright and welcoming. We had a twin room which was tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds, tea and coffee available with bottled water, flat screen tv and a spacious en-suite. Lovely cooked breakfast. There is a Mace shop literally 2 mins down the road for any ‘bits and bobs’ people might want
Perfect location for doing the Highlands Coastal tour. Good sized room and bathroom. Tea and coffee making area. Comfortable chairs for chilling out after eating at local restaurant/pub.
Plenty of parking.
We spent one night at Corriness house on our tour of the highlands.
A warm welcome and well appointed, big room in a lovely house.
Good advice offered on local restaurants for dinner.
Breakfast was great.
Would highly recommend.
