Comfortable stay
Nice B&B located in central Erie. Comfortable room, thoughtful dining recommendations and friendly proprietors. Breakfast was comprehensive. Beautiful historic mansion, heavy interior decoration. Our suite was large with a sitting area, and sufficiently quiet at night.

Top Notch Bed & Breakfast!!!!!!!!
My husband and I only spent one night at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast, but it was a very relaxing one! We were greeted by Steve, and given some history of the house, which we greatly enjoyed. The house is stunning! Such beautiful woodwork and detail. They are being very responsible with Covid, taking many precautions, which we very much appreciated. We stayed in the Spencer Suite, which was quite large and very comfortable on the 3rd floor. We visit many B&B's up and down the East coast and Canada and I must say that this was one of my favorite breakfasts!!! The variety served is exceptional, even better is how great it all tastes. Highly recommend, we will be back!!!!

Wonderful Valentine’s Weekend Stay
My wife and I stayed two nights in The Spencer Suite during Valentine’s weekend. Steve and Lisa were great hosts. They were friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness. The house was clean, well kept, and they followed Covid protocols.

Room. The Spencer Suite was on the third floor. It was very spacious. Plenty of room to relax, not just sleep. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was also very quiet.

Location. The house is about a 15 minute walk to Perry Square where you can find some bars and restaurants.

Breakfast. The best part of our stay were the breakfasts. The portions were generous. The food has hearty and delicious.

We will be back!

We always say that there are two things that you really have to nail as a Bed and Breakfast owner and it seems we successfully accomplished that for both- the bed and the breakfast. Of course there is more to it than just those two things to include the home, the hospitality and the Safety and are glad that you enjoyed all. We look forward to seeing you again.

Spencer House B&B- a MUST stay!
Had a great time! Steve and Lisa were wonderful, our room was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall 12/10- if you’re passing through the area, make sure to stop by! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Steve and Lisa!

Lovely B&B in an Historic Home
We had a wonderful night in Mary's room. At the time we were the only guests in the house, and Steve showed us all the other rooms. Each had something special to it, and each its own history. The house was decorated for the holidays and looked cozy and beautiful. We had a delicious breakfast in the dining room. Cannot wait to return and explore more of the house.

While we decorate it for other holidays/seasons Christmas is our favorite. Guests who stay with us multiple times often say that they notice a different detail each time.
