A big thank you to all the staff at The Coach House for making our short stay very enjoyable. We appreciated their friendly welcome with contactless check in, table service worked well and all of our food was of great quality and tasted amazing. If anything our room was a little tired. It was very clean and the bed comfortable and we enjoyed the hospitality tea tray too. Considering the challenges hospitality businesses are experiencing these people did a amazing job. We hope to revisit, this time for a longer stay. Northumberland-what a great part of the Country!

Just returned from 2days at the Coach House Otterburn, cannot praise the place high enough, superb staff lovely comfy room, stunning scenery, and the food was out of this world, don't know how its only 3 star, I can honestly say, in these pressing times i cannot find one fault with this venue, and would more than happy to return someday, when a quiet break was required.

Just spent a weekend at the Coach House. The staff, service snd room was great. All of the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and would highly recommend the evening meals.
A great area for walks and waterfalls. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.
We was very fortunate to see some red squirrels in the grounds.

We took advantage of an excellent offer for a two-night stay in this lovely coach house. We received a warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had excellent food - evening 3 course meal and breakfasts were super. Our room was clean and comfy - everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Every member of staff we met was great - smiling, capable, helpful - but our room was ridiculously small, the en-suite tiny, shower pressure poor and all the ingredients in the breakfast were typical cheap cash and carry. No personal touches anywhere Disappointing for the money, it felt it was being run for profit and with little imagination.

If you're going in November best to get taxi as some distance to walk especially in the dark. The hotel booked us the taxi to the petit chateu and back to hotel
