Fairfield Inn & Suites Watertown Thousand Islands is located just off of Interstate 81 and Route 3. Several other chain hotels border this property. Traffic noise on either side of the hotel is minimal, but neighboring construction was on-going at the time of my visit. The property is located near several restaurants, supermarkets, retail stores, and fast-food establishments. Although a Denny's is within walking distance of the hotel, a vehicle may be needed to access all local amenities. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Guest rooms are clean and functional. Fitness center is a bit small but clean, and functional. Swimming pool is clean. Complimentary breakfast available with limited selection. Please be advised, no restaurant on-site. Ample, free parking available. Overall, pleasant stay. I will return to this hotel when conducting business in the Watertown, Carthage, and Lowville regions in the future.
We took a quick trip to Watertown for some shopping and dinner and decided to stay here. It’s in a great location, very clean and quiet hotel with nice rooms and a decent breakfast with lots of choices. Had a little problem with check in but it was quickly fixed the staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely reccomend staying here only down fall is the pool is very small and the filters? In the pool protrude from the bottom of the pool and we get stubbing our toes lol.
The Fairfield was excellent in a great location for shopping and eateries. Beautiful clean hotel and pool. Exceptional staff that tried to cater to your every need. The room was very nice and quiet and very comfortable.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk took great care to make sure we were happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area also remained clean. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Nice indoor pool. Definitely will be staying again!
Spent 3 nights here visiting friend and went to Alexandria Bay. Convenient location close to shops, salmon run mall, and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Pool small but served its purpose. Standard Marriott breakfast The only 2 things keeping this from a 5 star review is the halls were kept extremely warm. ( temp in my room was fine) but when you left you were smacked in the face with heat. And I wish they had coffee out 24 hours in lobby would be nice touch.
