Room only got cleaned every second day till I complained but house keeping had marked they cleaned it and fridge was noisey and they wouldn’t fix it or replace it. So I had to put up with it for over two weeks!!
Overall we were some-what happy, its really sad that such a nice hotel has minimal breakfast options. The website should state what is exactly offered. We were there through the Xmas holiday and being a small town, there were no restaurants open. Kitchenette and King size bed was great.
This hotel is out of the way but is worth the drive. It is clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well displayed. The room was comfortable and secure. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub which was just steps from our room on the ground floor.
A nice little town, Redwater seems to have a lot of hotel rooms. Perhaps that’s why you get a really well fitted out, spacious, modern and clean room, the breakfast was hot as well as continental and was of a much better standard than most.
This is the very best standard of hotel in a three weeks of travelling around and we will definitely use again when travelling through.
There are limited eating options in the town and the supermarket closes at 7pm on Sunday evening
Took two trips to the front desk to get a key that worked and it still didn’t work I had to be switched to another room that smelt like someone just took a poop and left. Very disappointing. They were also “out of towels” how does a hotel run out of towels ??
