I really wanted to like this place and put it on the repeat list but I just can't.
They need to hire more cleaning staff. Once a day just isn't enough. The bathrooms are gross, even after they have been cleaned.
Untreated wood, galvanized metal stalls, painted concrete and uneven tile is pretty much impossible to keep clean.
They should think about doing a bathroom renovation and use actual bathroom materials. Seamless shower stalls would be much easier to keep clean.
The tent sites were in a field and it was hot with no shade and they weren't the cleanest either. They don't seem to rake them out or even inspect them after check out. There are piles of ash since the fire pits are movable, old food and trash from the last group. Each site is long but narrow so you are really, really close to your neighbor.
Bring your own disinfectant if you are worried about Covid-19. They never cleaned the chairs or tables in the pool area. All the chairs are inches from eachother. People seemed to be respectful and spaced themselves out but there was no staff monitoring. I would think they should be limiting people into the pool area, assigning tables and chairs and then cleaning them after each use before assigning to someone else. Masks are mandatory in the store but no where else.
I did like how much fun our daughter had. The waterslides and pools were nice and since our tent site was in a field he had plenty of room to ride around. I also liked that they didn't enforce the 11pm quiet time but others may not agree. They should also thing about hiring security as a group of teenagers locked themselves in the bathroom while we were there leaving it unusable.
I'll give 2☆ because it was fun for the kids and we were able to enjoy the fire past 11, but it wasn't the atmosphere I was expecting. Very noisy, no shade for the tents, groups of unsupervised kids everywhere doing things they probably shouldn't and trash everywhere.
Hire some staff to walk around all day cleaning trash, security, reno the bathrooms and get a better cleaning company that cleans twice a day and this place would be 5☆.

We rented a 2 bedroom cabin with a loft for the six of us. The amazing difference between this cabin and the ones we had stayed in earlier in the week at jellystone park, greenfield, NY and KOA in Hershey/Elizabethtown, is that this cabin had cooking pots, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and a large table in the kitchen! It was a great cabin.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and helped with any questions. The kids loved the flatness of the layout for riding their bikes. They enjoyed the warm pool and my grandson loved the blow-up water slides. However, the pools didn't open til 11am. There was a full snackbar and lots of activities. The playground was small.

It was only about 5 miles to a town that had a price chopper which was a big plus for us.
