Booked as a last minute getaway with friends, the hotel looked ideal. You can never be sure though until arrival. On arrival there were hand sanitiser points throughout reception, disposable face masks for adults and children, and staff were wearing face masks. So immediately we felt safe. Reception was clean and the staff were very attentive, although there was a language barrier. We muddled through though. Taken to our rooms, we walked into a perfectly clean and comfortable room. Decor was pleasant, and we had a fridge with soft drinks and water, a safe, and a balcony with side sea view, and side mountain view, looking over the neighboring hotel's huge pool area. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, bidet toilet, hairdryer and large shower. My shower wasn't very powerful, but my friends was. It must depend on your room. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Lifts had sensor hand sanitiser units, and the main restaurant couldn't be accessed without temperature checks or masks. Mask wearing while moving around the restaurant was enforced, and all food and drink was served at the screened buffet. Lots of choice of food, but some days were better than others. Tables were cleared incredibly fast! The pool and beach areas look impeccably clean, and never felt crowded. Always plenty of beds to choose from. The beach is better than I have seen at a lot of more expensive hotels. Very well equipped with umbrellas and canopies, tables and beds, and walk ways. Again, impeccably maintained beach body and feet rinsing stations. Drinks never took very long at any of the bars, although many of the staff weren't familiar with English, and drinks could be hit and miss. It was quite comical at times and definitely didn't cause us any concern. All staff were friendly and did their best. Our favourite was hard working Baris who took our drinks orders at the pool bar tables most evenings, and always got the orders perfect. He was always happy and even when incredibly busy, would make us smile and made us feel at home. Mehmet at the bar was a lovely character, and liked to entertain when serving our drinks. Special mention to Caca of the animation team. Always smiling and chatty, and very genuine. The animation team are all very smily and cheerful, and encourage you to take part without being pushy. The bbq chef was also very lovely and did a fantastic job of cooking our chosen food to perfection. It would have been nice to have had more British guests to speak to as the hotel is mostly filled with Russians, Ukranians, or Germans. The karaoke was mostly Russian songs I think because me and my friends weren't brave enough to sing! The Mongolian circus we watched was fantastic though. Definitely a hotel I would visit again

I recently stayed in the hotel after we were moved from the sister hotel for the last few days of our trip. My first impressions of the hotel were that it was warm and family friendly. However, the second we stepped into our room the man from the reception was very inappropriate, he lingered around in our room before asking if we would like to join him and his friend on a night out, which of course we said NO. After this, he was very rude to us for the remainder of our trip. I found some of the reception staff to be unhelpful. The room itself was average but it did the job.

However, this did not take away from the other amazing things about the hotel. The food was plentiful and there was a large variety of food suited to all tastes from Turkish food to western style options too. The was also food available outside normal meal times such as a snack bar, fresh pizza and fresh bread. The pool and the pool area/bar was great, always bustling with people and excitement with plenty of sun beds. The beach was beautiful and a perfect location. All the staff, bar some from the reception, were very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the best thing about out short stay was the entertainment team, who were very friendly and funny! I was very impressed with their language skills particularly English. They always made an effort to talk to everyone throughout the day, they would even sit and play cards with us after work and the activities they put on throughout the day suited children and adults!

Despite the initial negative experience, I would definitely revisit the hotel just for the entertainment value and the fun holiday feel!

I have to start with the food, horrible(the fish in one night for dinner was off, had a terrible smell, I called the server and he did not understant what is wrong with it).
Service, no english speakers, so no service, staff in general are unhappy, mainly the restaurant staff, starting with the "headwaiter" not capable to put togheter basic english.
AC units inside the main dinning area are being shut off around 8 o'clock(dinner time) when is packed, we asked them to turn them on and they said no(headwaiter again):)(dinning room is open until 9 btw)
You are paying the price for an all inclusive at 5 stars hotel but actually getting an decent all inclusive 3 star hotel.
No entertainment at all, during the evenings at 10 o'clock there is no music anymore, no shows(we had a magic show and a live band in 7 nights)
Very poor selection of drinks, of food and again, no english at all around the complex(front desk, bell boy, room attendants, bar staff, even worse inside the restaurant)
Very very dissapointing!
Not coming back for sure!

Nice choice for family vacation, there is food all day, large volume and surprisingly with good quality.
Best part was lunch , at time you have the option of sea food vs barbecue, problem was it is only by reservation which had to be made at certain hours, otherwise you need up with open buffet food.
Pool is nice with kids pool on the side with 3 small slides, pool gets cloudy towards the end of the day, sittings around the pool tough to find.
Best part was the night activities especially having Turkish coffee around the pool.
Beach is nice and mostly sandy, water activities were relatively super expensive.
There is a small shopping area that’s relatively more expensive than downtown area, not that you will need any food but not too many food options around the area.
they keep the AC at around 16 Celsius so it will take some time for the room to cool down.
A lot of activities around the pool there is always something happening .
