...and a great place for meeting fellow travelers. The rooms with sea view are tall and have everything you need. Ground floor have access to garden, first floor, you got the view while being in the palm trees, and the swimming pool is nice. Cozy public areas and friendly, helpful staff. I missed a water boiling kettle for an early morning coffee and there was no safe, but I would definitely return for a stay, should I come back to Mauritius.

First I would like underline staff. Mrs owner and her family are very nice and helpful people. Coco Villa is located directly next to ocean and from balcony is really stunning ocean view. Size of room was ok, fridge also there. But equipment (furniture) was old. There was stale air, when we arrived. A little mould in the corner of ceiling wansn’t good. There is a option to change a room if you ask mrs owner. What I have seen, there are better rooms.

Pool is small, but sufficient for relax. Wifi is at common spaces on floors. Sometimes is problem with connection particulary when it’s raining. Breakfast is modest and monotonous (bread, jam, butter, processed cheese, banan, milk, tea/coffee), but good. In the area of Coco Villa is aslo parking place.

Location is great. Few minutes by walk from restaurants. Supermarket London Way is around 10 minutes by walk, just as Mahébourg city center. In front of Coco Villa is main road, where are buses and taxis. To Pointe d'Esny beach and Blue Bay is 100 rupees and 10-15 minutes by taxi or ca. 30 rupees by bus but it takes little longer.

I recommend this accommodation for lowcost travellers or people who want have a rest after flight (Coco Villa is 15 minutes by taxi from airport) and take a look at area of Mahébourg and Blue Bay.

This place is homely.. Rooms are spacious and very very very nice. It is a family owned business and the people running it are really nice. Breakfast included is an added bonus. It is quite in the middle of Mahebourg.. Annnnndddd the ocean... I cannot get the image of the ocean, just outside the hotel, out of my head. It is a very nice place to stay.. The pool is also lovely. Loved every day of my stay!!!!!!!!!!!
