After 24 hours of travelling from Europe to Asia. And had booked many months ago.We check in about nearly 12 midnight to this hotel and They gave us uncleaned room??? Its terrible and disappointing. Everything in the room wasnt functioning well. The shower: no hot water, door not working properly; safe: cannot use, bed: same like somebdy used it already, balcony : dusty and had spider net every where. The night receptionist couldnt help us either even we complained. She told us maybe we could wait tomorrow until somebody will check all the things that doesnt functioning well. And because were so tired and dont want to argue with the receptionist,we managed to take a rest on that night. The following day I asked to change a room, luckily with the help of a guy (day receptionist),he changed us to one cleaned, smells good and well functioned modern room. Really appreciated.

Breakfast buffet was good.Enough variety of choices..
The rooftop swimmingpool is nice. But the toilets and shower area were often dirty and smells urine.

The food at Spencers restaurant serves very nice food.

We spent 3D/2N in Best Western Hotel Subic before going back to Manila from Manaoag, Pangasinan. The room was clean and had a small balcony. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was good but it can get quite boring if you intend to stay longer. After breakfast, when we went back to our room, one gets a strong whiff of vinegar along the corridor which I think they use for cleaning. This was unpleasant. The bathroom door also cannot be closed because it did not fit properly.

Best western Plus hotel is one of the best hotel in Subic. The staff are friendly.Their food is so delicious , the room is very comfying even their small balcony in rooms are great. I was amazed by their swimming pool that is located at the top of the hotel. You can enjoy swimming at their pool at the same time you can enjoy the beautiful view of subic.

Very nice rooms
Clean and cold air-conditioning
Was provided with everything we need
Breakfast was really good

Downside: The view outside the balcony
But did not really bothered me that much.

Room Service for food is not 24 hours.

Stayed for one night in a room with 2 double beds and a balcony. Contrary to a previous review in this site, we had a clean well-maintained room. Our bathroom door lock was broken though, but this did not really bother us cause we were a family inside the room.

One of my kids noticed though that if you lie on the bed near the bathroom and look up, you can see the reflection of the person inside through the upper door jamb of the bathroom.

The rooftop swimming pool was good for short laps and had a great view of the sunset.

Location was very good as it was near the beach and had many posh restaurants within walking distance. Shakey’s was just right in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed complimentary shuttle to nearby places. Our driver Rowell was even kind enough to give us a short tour around the beach area/baywalk. He even pointed out to us the fruit bats on the trees.

Bottomline: If you can afford their price, this is a very good hotel in Subic.
